I got a king mattress there I do not like it,so I Ben asking if I could change it out for a better one , I talked to there general of the store, she was very rude on the phone with her tone with me, and I am still waiting for some to get back to me, so I am paying for uncombable mattress, I should of stayed with Renta center,

Really shitty place ordered a mattress they told us it would be in in a few days they never started our paperwork or anything and never contacted us back further about it they really don’t do there job right at all needs to be closed down because that is horrible customer service Go to RENT A CENTER !!!!

Sounded good in the store had everything signed and ready for delivery but they are so unorganized that they couldn't get the time right now they want me to wait another 2 days for delivery after I've already waited the weekend. I'm good no more deal.

We haven't gotten our stuff yet. I am already concerned about the type of experience we will have. Online it said items would be delivered by May 8, and they called only once to arrange delivery. Manager said it was an estimated delivery date and he tried to convince us to set up automatic payments as if it would affect our delivery, when we deliberately chose not to set up those type of payments because we don't trust automatic payments. Our payment is not due till June 1 and we signed up for a $1 because that was the promotion. This seemed to be an issue for the Manager, when it was Aaron's promotion. I am reading the reviews and I can see where this place could be an issue. Their prices are okay, but the customer service I can tell will be an issue.

Late on a payment due to being in the hospital. Multiple calls and hang ups. Guy coming to the door pounding so loud and hard that my sister thought they were going to break it down. Almost called the cops did not answer due to being scared or my dog attacking them to protect me. This for being late on 1 payment

We were told that we were going to have our delivery on sat 6/17/23 from 10-12. Got a call at 11:56 that they would be late due to a truck issue and that they would be here before end of day. Never heard back from them and never showed up. Now its Monday and the manager had to deliver it. What a nice man. Thank you for taking care of getting our couches to us. Shawn Evans

Joe was fantastic! Had some confusion with a laptop I never picked up but Joe got it all cleared up with little hassle! Best employee ever! Fantastic customer service, all the other employees prior to Joe could not compare. GIVE JOE A RAISE!
