Insane prices, charging tax on food items, they run the typical foreigner "we procure out goods via WinCo, Walmart and Costco" business model that all these foreign-born parasites employ, who set up shop in poor neighborhoods where their main clientele are junkies who live in the weekly next door.

9/25/2021 & many other trips there since then . ~ Located on a corner, a few block away from the Truckee River Walk. Usually HAS good-looking BANANAS for 2 for 50 cents‼️Only place near me, walking distance, that doesn't charge way too much for them. Lots of groceries. Canned things. Usually has cans of Arizona Ice Teas, which I love. Cool art on side of building, done by a local artist. Polite & helpful staff, especially Jose. It's a 15 min walk from my apt building, but it's worth the time & effort to go there.

Hilarious. If should have checked in to see this dump has a 3-star rating on Google. Trying to figure out what the reasoning is for charging .75 cents to use a credit card. Is it the 1980's? What do you charge for using my phone to pay? Get bent.Being from Chicago, I'm well aware of being charged for using a credit card or, worse yet, accepting cash only. Even in Chicago, those days are long gone except for the crack smoking, pay under the table, sleaze parts of town.

This Place Should Be Renamed Ace Is The Late Night Munchies Place.It’s A Convenient Bodega That Stays Open Late.The Staff Is Friendly & EXTREMELY Helpful. The Owner, Is Always Open To Customers Suggestions, Regarding Stocking New Items. He Is Also A VERY HONEST Business Gentleman. He Has Helped Myself And Other Patrons, Making Sure Our Debit Purchases Are Correct.Has A Nice Selection Of Sweet & Savory Snacks, Beer, Booze & Sundries.I Understand, Yah Gonna Pay More For Convince, But Sometimes Prices Are Not Updated With Staff When On Sale Or Have Gone Up. Or Prices Are A Tad Bit Steep For My Frugal Budget .I Highly Recommend Shopping Here If Convenience & Late Nite Shopping Are Important To You.

They sell expired food. I bought two meat products, and got home to realize their expiration date was 2011 and 2013. It’s late 2021 now. Shopping here could literally kill you.
