I bought an inverter through Yhe Inverter Store. The unit I received was damaged and not functioning properly. When I tried to return it I was told I was responsible for shipping, but would be refunded if it was deemed damaged. Needless to say I never got my refund. I will never buy from this place again.

Fan wouldn't stop running in less than a year. Got a return authorization number and Drove it to the factory myself. They say they have no record of it. They won't make good on it. Stay away from aims inverters.

Very bad products, if you buy any of their products statistically 90 % of them are defective or dangerous to install causing fires, arching, and/or damaging other electrical equipment around them. How this company gets around this by requiring the buyer to pay for return shipping on a 60lb plus item which deters most consumers as they do not have a wholesale shipping account resulting in expensive returns. When the company knowingly sending out defective junk in the first place. Stay Away. You been warned. My install was done by an certified licensed electrician and recorded live to the general public.
Edit: Bought another one. Had an electrical engineer who stated that these units are not goof quality. Performed a bench test without installing the unit in live setting, guess what the unit could not handle 1800 watts thrown at it. It shutdown. This is a 240 split, 4000/12000 unit. Same as the last one. It had a dedicated power supply, 13.8Volts that has capacity of 600Amps if called upon, this unit shutdown immediately and the unit has a smell of electrical failure. This electrical engineer has stated that this company lost its quality years ago. That is why he performed a bench test as he fear damage to our solar and bms equipment. He ordered a victon inverter and that will be here thursday. Save yourself money and buy something that actually works.

I purchased a 300 amp our 24 V battery for $6000 from these guys two years ago. I have tried numerous times to contact them and let them know that the battery does not last through the night and the only thing I have running is a refrigerator. I do not recommend this battery to anyone. It is absolutely garbage I have asked for my money back I have asked for a replacement. I have asked for it to be repaired possibly for something being wrong. I’ve went through numerous hours of testing on the phone with these guys nothing has been done . At the very least, they should be upgrading my battery to something better that actually works. I have proven that it only lasts a few hours through the night please buyer beware do not purchase this battery.

Worst employer I've ever worked for! The owner Bruce is as cheap as a person can get, doesn't buy the right supplies for his employees & expects you to build custom pallets & with the sh*t supplies he has laying around, It's not even part of the job description. Their system is stuck in the 90s & all by paper still. I was harassed & called a "crybaby" by the owner himself for not saving him $600 on freight shipping charges. I was harassed by the sale stores manager for asking questions. I was also sexually harassed by the warehouse manager on his 1st week of working at aims by grabbing my man breast ( I'm 250 lbs ) every complaint I made I was overseeked & not taken seriously. My last few months working here was horrible. Business is slow & hardly any work for the few employees that still work there. I'll be surprised if aims power is still in business in the next year! Save yourself from this horrible, cheap, harassment environment!

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Jay Jones in Tech Support has been trained to ensure that their inferior inverter generator products are never subject to being refunded. My generator had less than 200 hours and quit running after 30 minutes after I started it for it's monthly maintenance run. His canned claim was that it was exposed to water and it was my fault it stopped running. Before the month it stopped running, it took at least thirty minutes for it to start running after cranking it and recharging the battery several times. Aims products are an inferior design and their customer service is worse. STAY AWAY!!!
