After working in other industries as a Customer Care Rep. for 35+ years I can honestly say that Amada Senior Care is an honor & privilege to work for. I have only been a Caregiver with Amada for 3 months but had been a cna right out of high school & really enjoyed caring for people.Having experience in this field & working for other Companies, I can tell you that the Amada team, is the best of the best. They truly care for their clients needs and also their Caregivers. Be very careful if you hire this company. Their employee stole over $10,000 in cash and jewelry from us. Be sure and lock up all your valuables. The company did fire the employee but I never got any of my jewelry or cash back. They did not file a claim with their insurance company to reimburse me.

I love Amada it is the best company I’ve worked for since becoming a caregiver, not only are the clients amazing but the Management team is awesome! I can confidently say that everyone at this company cares so much about the clients we have! And we are all like family to one another! I love Amada and I would recommend anyone to work at this company! I recommend if you’re looking for a caregiving company I highly recommend Amada!

I was somewhat apprehensive when getting into the senior caregiving field, as it can be intimidating taking care of others loved ones. Although, I had many years of medical/nanny experience senior care was unknown to me. I explained this to Amada and they ensured me that I would be trained both in the office and with other caregivers in the field until I felt ready. AND they did such. Not only did Miles spend one-on-one time with me in office renewing my CNA skills but I also went shadowing fellow caregivers until I felt ready. Amada took the time to create a repertoire with me whilst simultaneously building me up to be the best senior caregiver possible.
