I have worked out in several Anytime Fitness gyms, and this is the best so far. It is impeccably well maintained, and the staff and trainers are the best! I would recommend them most highly!!

Clean gym with all equipment in very good condition. Staff is great and help maintain a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this gym for first timers or experienced gym goers.

This AF seems cleaner and well-maintained than most of the ones I've been to. And I feel safe coming and going. This isn't always the case with a couple I use when I'm in Sacramento. Keep up the good work!

Our neighborhood Anytime Fitness- Caughlin Ranch- is the ideal gym. The facilities are always clean, the equipment kept in top condition and the members are courteous. We're thankful to belong to such a pleasant fitness center. Highly recommend!

It's a gym , I left at the end of the year due to a 50 % fee increase. Decent place but overpriced. Difficult to get questions answered about training tips. Must pay extra.Time for a change.

Ten years ago when we moved to Reno, we started shopping for a quality gym. We were looking for a medium size, state of the art facility with a friendly staff that was obsessive about maintaining a very clean environment. Luckily, we found Caughlin Ranch Anytime Fitness which met and exceeded our expectations. They have the best equipment and also top trainers. Ryan has been our personal trainer for the past 9 years. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, supportive, and has a great positive personality. He constantly varies our program to help us meet our fitness goals that help us stay healthy and active. We highly recommend this gym and our trainer to anyone at any age.

The gym is a congenial, safe, and friendly environment. I like the small atmosphere of this gym. Most of the patrons are in my age range and I have made some nice friends. I always wear my earbuds with my favorite downloaded music while I am working out. I can choose to continue working out steadily (which runs from 2-3 hours) or I can choose to take my earbuds out to have a conversation with a friend. On the other hand, when I have my earbuds in, there is noone who bothers me. Ady and Branigan are super front office people and I enjoy seeing and talking to them. While Branigan was in the gym (while Ady was gone) he even checked on me when it appeared that a guy (from another Anytime gym) was bothering me. I really appreciated his vigilance.I have recommended this gym to some long time friends who live in the area.

I am in disbelief to the way I was treated by this gym. I have been an active member to anytime fitness for 8 years and have never caused any problems with the franchise. I have had nothing but great things to say about Anytime Fitness over the years and still don't. The company is great and I have loved being able to workout anytime and anywhere- at least that's what I thought... Yesterday, I received a phone call saying that my membership was moved to a different gym and they were going to raise my monthly membership by $15 for no apparent reason. I requested them to not transfer me and I would just start going to a different anytime and I was told the only way I could do that was to cancel my membership and start another membership else where (which would reflect a higher membership rate and potential sign up fees as well). I would also be entirely kicked out and not able to use their gym ever again because I preferred to save $15 a month with the same value. I cancelled my membership with anytime fitness after 8 years of great experiences because of the way I was treated. This gym has always been a nice gym to go to, but doesn't offer anything else that other Anytimes don't have. Great job at losing an 8 year member that had no intentions of ever cancelling their membership over $15...

Really like this spot! Hard tummy whipper snappers here, they'll let you swing the heavy stuff around...if ya pay! ha ya ---I personally suffer from loose stools, so I appreciate the generous number of restrooms and yoga mats. Ya sully one, just put it back up on the rack and grab a different one.Anywho, this is a neat lil gymnasium shack. 5/10! Gonna renew my membership this February.

Spoke with a woman named Stephanie. She called me in a condescending tone to tell me not to turn off one set of lights, already insisting that I turn off all the lights when that is not true. I turn one light off at night because the lights are blaring, and does not set a good aesthetic for a workout. I have done this before in other gyms and NEVER had a problem with anyone until now. If you want a nit picking staff that doesn't like to accommodate membership comfort because it's a minor inconvenience, we'll you found the place.
