The gym is very clean. The staff is really friendly, cleaning supplies are always stocked. It's a safe environment, I enjoy working out here. The music is great!

Terrible service. You cannot reach anyone. They call you back on their own time. I have been trying to cancel my membership but you have to jump through hoops lit with fire to do so. PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!

I just signed up last month. The skinny gentleman covered in tattoos was upset that I disturbed his stair stepper workout to ask him to sign me up. I signed up with him and gave him my direct banking information and my debit card that have both been active with ample funds. My grandmother passed out of town and I have been dealing with family matters and grief, I have explained this to Yanna who has continued to harass me regarding late fees telling me that I can only give payment in person and that I am late. Both accounts that made the original payment for membership are ACTIVE. No accountability whatsoever has been given to me regarding why they can not process the payment methods I have given and are active! These people are rude and run a terrible business. I was a member years ago at the Lemon valley location and NEVER had issues like this. I just want to cancel and have them send me a bill. She refuses to do so! Terrible business standards. Reporting to the BBB and corporate if I do not immediately have my account cancelled penalty free.

Yanna, was very helpful in helping me set up my membership through Onepass. I’m excited and all ready to start my fitness journey at anytime fitness. They have great staff and a great environment.

This place has really fallen off over the last sever months. 5 years ago to is place was clean, the equipment was in great shape and was always presentable… now the bathrooms are always dirty, shredded tissues all over, no paper towels to wipe down the equipment and much of the equipment is in need of proper repair or maintenance..

Been wanting to cancel my membership since March, no one EVER answers the phones, i go in to the gym and no one is there. After months of trying i finally got someone today and they said alot of people are canceling for the same reason I was- autopay goes through 1 day before pay day and since payment gets declined they charge a $20 late fee INSTANTLY. They also charge a $40 "annual fee" every 6 months and they charge to cancel membership. Beware.

Idk why this gym is always out of sanitizing wipes! Even toilet paper! Does our money not buy supplies! I been going for 6 months and its always out of stuff

I am so upset right now. This place screwed up my credit. Steer clear. I make all my payments on time for everything. I’ve never had any debt like this. I was severely ill the end of last year and still am. I could not go to the gym at all. I could hardly walk my dog without feeling like I was going to faint. When I signed up, I told them I have a severe illness and some months I feel better than others. They told me it was no problem, all I would need is a doctors note and they would cancel my membership. I mailed them a damn doctors note, didn’t hear a thing from them after that. No calls no nothing. Now I “owe” $1,382!?!?!?!???! I’m not sure what card they are playing here but taking advantage of ill people is one of the dirtiest things you can do in my opinion. Oh, and I just found this out today and have been trying to get ahold of someone in the office… they don’t answer their phones!
Edit: The response to this review is hilarious! They haven’t done a single thing to make this right! All they have done is argue with me over email LMAO! Pathetic and bad business practice

My girlfriend became chronically ill last year and could no longer work out. She can barely walk She made the gym aware of it and they said to send a doctors note and they would cancel it. We mailed the doctors note to them at the end of last year. Today we find out that they never cancelled her membership and sent her to collections for $1,300+. How is 6mo of unpaid membership $1,300? Why did they not reach out to her again stating they haven’t received payment or a doctors note? They have now tanked her credit because of it. This is absolutely unacceptable and bad business. When reaching out to the club today, it took MULTIPLE calls and a voicemail then they never called and just emailed her stating that there was nothing they could do about it. We did what they requested and sent them the doctors note thinking it was done and taken care of and now we have to deal with this. I was going to be coming to this location as I just moved across the street from it but I will be taking my business somewhere else and will be sharing this with our friends and community advising them to cancel their memberships as well. If they’d like to correct this and make it right, I’d be happy to give them our business but in the meantime this is unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

The Gym location is perfect for my commute and always as a plus it's a 24 hour gym. You cannot go anytime after 9am though and you would have to wait until 10pm to go to get a decent workout in. I between those time there are so many many and what look like kids just standing around talking I stead of using what the gyms purpose is. I have heard other people complain about the same issue and have never seen the staff say anything to anybody. I understand you pay a membership but there are limitations to what needs to be controlled and that is definitely one of them. That is my biggest complaint, other than that I think some machines need to be replaced to add different ones but still very usable regardless.

This location is never packed, which is nice. The equipment is nice and a good selection to choose from. It does need to be deep cleaned and cleaned consistently. The walls above the treadmills and ellipticals are covered in heavy dust as well as the elliptical machines. I have not seen anyone sanitize machines, weights, or mats after use as requested by the facility. I always sanitize before use because of this.
