“I have lived at Bungalows for about a year. Our overall experience is great except maintenance. Whenever we had the work order, they directed it to another department, but it took around 3 days to fix the issue. Once, our sink and faucet system got blocked in the kitchen on the day we called guests. Although we told them that it smelled bad and we needed to use it urgently, they insisted on not coming. Additionally, the system was connected to the dishwasher, so we could not use it for two days. If this is not an issue to fix immediately, what will be called as an emergency to give a hand and relieve tenants’ stress?”

“Beautiful community, positive team. We appreciate utilizing the clubhouse and everyone is quite friendly. Every community has its strengths and weaknesses, unfortunately rules are only sporadically enforced, leading to unchecked issues that hinder our enjoyment of the amenities we pay for each month. We are all for a beautiful property but it's also exhausting to have constant landscaping/parking/gates being worked on for 5 months of our leasing period. Overall it's a solid community with some really friendly people just trying to make everyone happy.”
“The leasing office ladies were incredibly helpful from start to finish. DJ especially deserves a shout‑out — she gets things done quickly and makes the whole process feel effortless. I needed a short‑term lease and couldn’t find anything anywhere else, but they accommodated me the best they could. We had been staying in a hotel, which was getting very expensive, so finding this place was a huge relief. If you’re in town for a project, this is honestly the best place to go. Super friendly, professional, and fast — they had everything ready right when I needed it.”
“I've been here almost a year the community is clean looks great. The amenities that we have here are awsome open gym via key card free use bbq pits ready to go!!!! Last but not least the staff here is on top of it all with smiles. Rosalia has been very on point and gets me answers or help when I need anything. Overall it's a wonderful community to raise children and a family”

“I recently had a leak in my unit and the ladies in the office Jeanne and Yaneliz were very helpful and Quick with the transfer. Today I moved to my New unit and I love it. Yaneliz is very profesional. Its Amazing hoy she is so Smart and Quick with her job. Jeanne is the best manager riverwood ever had. 10 stars for these two ladies.”
“We have had a good experience here so far. Shelly had to fix mistakes for the old leasing agent but did so in great haste. She is always a pleasant person to deal with. Our tub was having some sort of issue and leaking into our downstairs neighbors apartment. They came even at 10pm to assess the situation and were here the next morning to get everything working! So far very happy with our decision to move here.”

“I believe this is the BEST place I have EVER lived at. Love the office staff especially Trinidy as she was there through my lease signing. The overall look and feel of the grounds is beautiful. You feel like you are in a home and not an apartment. So far so GREAT! love it....
It's June of 2025 now and I must love it here as I just hit 10 years. I love Garabaldi Property Mgmt with Audrey and Brooke. The maintenance guys are awesome too including Alton and Daniel (thanks for the bulb in my oven). Here's to another 10!!! Thank you!”
