“New management/ ownership is wonderful! They have made so many changes to the area. Maintenance put in more "pet stations" with waste bags for all the pet parents. Their new communication system is awesome. They let you know via text if something is going on around the complex, for example they just redid the asphalt parking lot and they notified us each and every day what area was being done by text and email. They also use this system to let you know if someone in the complex has lost a pet, so we can all be aware. They've made so many upgrades. And I love that I can pay my rent online. I lived here before under the old ownership and the whole year I was here they were never able to get their online payment system working, so it was always a huge hassle. New management has made things super convenient for its tenants!”

“After living here for a few months, I'm unsure why all of the other reviews regarding Double R are so negative. The leasing office is extremely understaffed, so they do the best they can with the employees they have. The quality of these apartments is unmatched, I've never seen apartments this nice with so much space for the price! Rocky in the office is very helpful, I recommend going into the office for quicker response time as they are constantly busy with no time to answer phone calls. The amenities also feel very luxurious, it feels like living in a resort. My only complaint is the constant construction, the unfinished building in the complex keeps their lights on all night making it hard to sleep at times. Other than that, they are relatively quiet. I highly suggest living at Double R overall. After touring a handful of other apartments, this has been by far the best option and I have rarely had to call or go into the office. A lot of reviews will focus on the negatives after one bad experience without giving staff any sympathy. It's clear that these apartments did not skimp on quality, the structures are well built and I rarely hear my neighbors. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new place!”

I think the difference from other apartment complexes is the help I received when I first walked in the office.Jonathan was very helpful from tours to questions, pricing and availability.I've been looking around and I think the boulders checks off most things on my list. “I love the homey vibe of these Bungalows and I'm still happy we chose these ones even though there are other apartments out there for the same price with more amenities and newer appliances and the reason I'm still overall happy is because of the quiet, warm community. The people here are so nice and I like the vibe of these house style apartments. Plus they have okayed me painting and styling it however I wish which is so amazing. Some apartments are super particular.We had a few issues at the beginning with leaks and appliances not working but their maintenance dude was on top of it so now all is well.”
