“Always quick response from the maintenance guy and he's one of the coolest and most efficient people I've ever met love the guy. Really like how the utilities are done as well and while my apartment is a bit unique fs me and my Wife really love it here. Just have to pray the rent doesn't ever go up so we can stay”

“No complaints, only praise! Ember is amazing and always helps with anything and everything we need! I enjoy feeling like I’m on vacation every day. At least 4 nights a week we go get in the hot tub (and grill) and then warm in the sauna before walking home. Facilities are well taken care of.”

“I lived here 3years..I loved my apartment so much & will miss it! My experience here goes as follows, nice quiet community, lovely apartments that are maintained properly, the staff (Marissa the property manager) was so patient with all my move out questions, etc, Jacob the maintenance guy is superb! Always so nice and prompt! Koralynn (senior leadership for Kromer) absolutely amazing, was attentive to all of my needs and concerns through out the time I lived there, and I am forever thankful for her! And that is just to name a few. Nothing is perfect, however you will find more good things here then bad! I'm bummed I had to leave 😭”
