“I lived here for 5 years from September 2020 - September 2025. Apartments are nice and in a good area. Maintenance requests are usually solved pretty quick. Front office is usually repsonsive. The only reason I took off a star is because there was a situaion where my car was towed after I parked during a severe snowstorm (before leaving for vacation). By the time the snow had melted, I was about 6 inches over the parking lines but I was on vacation so I couldn't move the vehicle. It cost me $400 to get my car out of the towing yard. Besides that, it's a nice place to live.”

“No complaints, only praise! Ember is amazing and always helps with anything and everything we need! I enjoy feeling like I’m on vacation every day. At least 4 nights a week we go get in the hot tub (and grill) and then warm in the sauna before walking home. Facilities are well taken care of.”

My experience here goes as follows, nice quiet community, lovely apartments that are maintained properly, the staff (Marissa the property manager) was so patient with all my move out questions,etc, Jacob the maintenance guy is superb! Always so nice and prompt! Koralynn (senior leadership for Kromer) absolutely amazing, was attentive to all of my needs and concerns through out the time I lived there, and I am forever thankful for her! And that is just to name a few. Nothing is perfect, however you will find more good things here then bad! I'm bummed I had to leave 😭”
