“No complaints, only praise! Ember is amazing and always helps with anything and everything we need! I enjoy feeling like I’m on vacation every day. At least 4 nights a week we go get in the hot tub (and grill) and then warm in the sauna before walking home. Facilities are well taken care of.”
“I have lived at Vineyards at Galleria for over 5 years now and I must say that it’s been wonderful being here. The staff is eager to help, especially Janet Mariscal, if any issues should arise, she is there to talk to and help thru the process/issue. “I lived here for 5 years from September 2020 - September 2025. Apartments are nice and in a good area. Maintenance requests are usually solved pretty quick. Front office is usually repsonsive. The only reason I took off a star is because there was a situaion where my car was towed after I parked during a severe snowstorm (before leaving for vacation). By the time the snow had melted, I was about 6 inches over the parking lines but I was on vacation so I couldn't move the vehicle. It cost me $400 to get my car out of the towing yard. Besides that, it's a nice place to live.”
