Hello Apple, i went to the store for buying 17 pro i waited for 15 min i ask to manager for 2 times and no one gives us a attention keep looking for staff and store is not that much busy are expectation from apple store is high but this type of service i never expect thanks everyone

Stopped by the Apple Store at Shayden Summit in Reno, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me get my tech sorted out quickly. The store is bright, organized, and runs like a well-oiled machineājust the way Apple fans like it!
They made picking up my repaired laptop a breeze, and even took the time to answer a few nerdy questions with patience and good humor. Big thanks to the team thereāif youāre in the Reno area, this is the Apple Store to visit.

Extremely Poor Customer Service at Apple Store ā Summit Mall
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this Apple Store. My UPS tracking showed āDamage Reportedā and āInvestigation Closed,ā and I never received my package. When I went to the store for help, the staff were dismissive and completely unhelpful. They told me it was not their responsibility and that I should contact UPS myself.
The employees showed zero concern for the customerās problem ā they clearly only care about making sales, not supporting customers when something goes wrong. I wasted my time driving there, only to be met with indifference and attitude.
Itās unacceptable for a company like Apple to have such unprofessional and uncaring staff. I had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone with customer service just to start resolving something the store should have helped with in the first place.
Very disappointing experience ā Apple should seriously improve the training and attitude of the employees at this location.

I went in to get my phone replaced. Last time I paid to get my phone replaced they told me to get apple care so I could get my phone replaced easily. Cool. I think I paid for apple care for 3 years. I spent 5 hours in and around this store waiting for my phone to be repaired (not replaced) Multiple times, every single worker in the store would disappear into the back, the only employees on the floor were the security guards. I came back when they said my phone would be fixed and they said it would be right out. 1 hour later they came out with my phone in the exact same condition and they told me they needed to order the parts. Cancelled my apple care immediately and never buying an iphone again. This was by far the worst apple experience I have ever had. I don't believe it is the workers fault, something changed in how Apple handles repairs and replacements. You can also tell they are working with far smaller staff as well, you used to have a greeter checking people in for appointments and one dedicated support person. Now they have one support working with five customers at a time and when they tell you they are going to be right back they are actually going over to another customer.

Itās a mixed bag:
Either you are judged and told to make a reservation. Of course none are available that day.
Or
I just browse and get to figure out what I want and order it online and pick it up later.
No in between.
If you need help, texting or calling Apple support is your only option.
No support in store unless you make an appointment days ahead of time.
This isnāt an optometrist but kinda feels like it.
Samsung has better support. (And prices for that matter.)

Repair charges are a scam. Itās very obvious that they make bonus $ for their total sales at the end of the month.

They are not helpful. They hesitate more about the products than the customers. When you ask questions or talk with them, they have your attention in different places. Even when I was talking, in the middle, he was talking to other staff multiple times. They will show you a geek vibe with no customer service experience.

Terrible costumer service . I asked them to just transfer my old phone into the new phone and they said they couldnt . Went home and did it on my own computer . They didnt even try . If i could give negative stars i would .

A well-known, spacious and illuminated place for technological attention.
I suggest more friendly and specific treatment from the staff, if there is so much wait for the user
At times it feels very impersonal and imprecise.
