I’m so disappointed in the Apple Store. Went to get my phone fixed. They had to replace most of the phone except for the screen. They gave me back a phone that wasn’t even connected to my carrier and said there wasn’t nothing they could do. They also removed my screen protector and wanted to charge me almost $50 for a new one! I’m really starting to hate dealing with Apple. If you are lazy and just don’t want to do your job, go find another but don’t screw me over. I pay a lot of money for apple products. I hope I never have to deal with them again!

Overall a good experience here. I think mileage varies based on the associate you get. One was not able to provide me assurance that my purchase would have sufficient computing power, and really couldn’t articulate why - would have been better if he said he didn’t really know. A second associate came by and put my mind at ease. This could be addressed with better associate training.

Quick friendly service to have an iPhone charging port cleaned and to purchase AirPods Pro. I always have positive experiences at this store.

First time I’ve ever used their services. I think I scared the Genius with my iPhone 12 mini - “it’s never been serviced?!” Went to have the battery replaced instead of having to shelve out hundreds of dollars for a new phone - oh I’ll be back in a year or two lol. The door greeter was polite and directed me to the waiting area and about 20 minutes later had them take the phone and was told to come back in an hour. Had lunch came back and looked at the different products before paying my bill and leaving. It honestly was the best (and first) tech service I’d ever had. I didn’t know there was an option to replace the battery- but if I can get another year or two out of it - awesome!

Few things we realized at this store after 4 visits for a repair, I could see at-least another 2 to 3 customers leaving store with a disappointed face on every visit . Had an appointment for M1-MacBook Pro with 32 battery cycle count (out of warranty) . Out of no where ,device isn't booting (or) charging.Genius bar technician said , sending to repair depot needs a e-sign for $850 quote also assured ,we will get a chance to decide (or) not once depot completes diagnostics .After a week , called Apple customer service who said no details on their side what is the repair/charge . Went to pickup with a surprise invoice of full amount + tax (logic board replaced). At least 5 different associates including store manager keep telling only option pay the price (or) leave it for disposal. Felt disgraced to own Apple-product who doesn't stand by with their faulty ones and then store team keep adding up stories about their processes/terms to support their associate's unrealistic deeds.

Terrible store leadership. I came in to the store at opening planning to upgrade my phone. My current phone had a crack. I paid for Apple Care and showed proof of purchase from the online store. They said I did not have Apple Care. They called customer service while I waited over an hour. They then informed me that this is a unique problem with the online store and that it was an online issue that was known. The store associations, in front of multiple people at the Genius Bar, said that they had never hear of this before. I asked for a manager to see if there was an override they could do. I showed the manager Dana proof of purchase receipts and bank statements showing the payments for my phone and Apple Care. The manager refused to honor the Apple online receipt. I then asked to speak to someone who could help. Dana the store manager refused and said only online can assist and would not even do a joint call or try to get a superior to help. It is sad how Apple and its regional team does not empower its staff to problem solve and work to take care of a customer. I am happy to take my business to a different location or give another business the margin of a purchase of this location.

Drove to this store to get a simple phone case. They said they don’t have any in stock. I asked could you guys order one and have it shipped to this store I offered to even pick it up. They said no. Yes I get it everything is online now, but I like most people like to see what I’m buying in person the color texture so forth. Apple is annoying.

Hands down Apple is the poster child of how retail should be conducted. Well staffed, one is acknowledged when you walk in the store, you are advised of the wait time, and someone is there to help you individually with what you need. Yes, their products are expensive, but the quality makes it worthwhile. They give solid information, don't waste your time, and they are not on commission, so the recommendations are unbiased and genuine. For whatever one's needs are, it is a pleasure doing business in an Apple store. Highly recommend.

Waited TWICE on a slow day with zero help after 20-30 mins and no one in line. We even had appointment(S). We will never come here again, abysmal customer service and non-friendly attitudes.
