The owner was able to help me find someone to fix the smudge and he stretched it beautifully over a frame so that the creases were removed. The service was not only incredible, but the price was amazing. I paid 182 dollars for a huge canvas when Michael’s originally quoted me 250 dollars after 70 percent off.”

“It was my first time visiting today and this place did not disappoint. It's a really great space with lots of interesting art, at surprisingly reasonable prices! I also love that there are tons of smaller items that you could purchase as gifts (like under $30). I just stopped by for a quick peek but ended up staying for quite a while! One of the artists, Karen S., was working the front desk and gave me a tour of the space and was just the most welcoming host! I totally love this place and will be back. Oh, and there's a little parking lot, which just makes life that much easier, right?”

“I saw Joe’s Pottery at the Saturday Market on California Street a months ago. His pottery is really pretty and beautifully made. I asked if he would make an original piece for my daughter for her birthday. I described what I wanted: a small jar with lid only big enough to fit a hand into, blueish in color, to hold paper money. I told him that I would send it to my daughter in another state and put money in it. Her Grandfather used to give her spending money but he called it, “Shoe Money” just in case she was ever in a bind. Joe suggested having a shoe as the top of the lid. I sent him a text photo of an Oxford shoe and he made the pot with a sensible shoe on top in a pretty orangish- brown. He was very prompt and called me to come pickup. He would not take payment in advance though I offered him a down payment. The price was fair for a one-of-a-kind piece. My daughter cried when got it in the mail. She instantly knew it was a Shoe Money Jar and a memory of her Poppy. The colors were exactly as I imagined. The pot and lid are immaculately crafted and the shoe atop is perfect. I highly recommend Joe Winter’s Pottery. Super nice guy and his pottery is first class! (I’m only sorry that I didn’t take a photo for this post)”
