I am writing to commend Luis for his exceptional customer service. Being the first customer of the day, I was met with a level of care and attention that is rare to find. Luis handled our transition from Verizon to AT&T with total expertise. His 'gold standard' approach actually encouraged me to purchase additional accessories for our iPhone 17s because I felt so well taken care of. Luis is a massive asset to this location!

Broke phone;spent 1.5 hrs trying to replace;they said I had upgrade;so went to Walmart;they said I have no upgrade.So got a new carrier.Then spent 2 hrs to get a pin transfer to keep old number.Transferred around until they said;we cant give that out on phone;go online.You cant because they send a code to your dead phone no email option.Stay away from At&t;they ride customers back instead of hiring people to answer phone.In store people were rude also.Kept new number;which created another nightmare.

Changing my rating from 5 to 1 star after TRYING to cancel Internt Air. I will be changing all our families phones to anthe carrier. To get the $45/mo price as advertised took several months and phone calls. They kept auto-drafting $60/mo. Trying to cancel during a move was hideous. Now they are claiming that I never returned the equipment. This is a total scam.
