I'm surprised Google nor anyone else vets the reviews here. You can tell 95 pct of the positive reviews are fake. The customer service in this store is terrible. I was never greeted and pretty much ignored, so I left.

Stay away from this store, the lack of professionalism is crazy, walked in two employees, one sitting never attempted to get up and greet. Gave mediocre incorrect information since he never bothered to ask the specifics of my device. Sitting slouched back legs open with a speaker next to him. The overall demeanor of this store is unprofessional and does not compare to any other ATT store in town.

This guys in first place they are not checking the phones properly they told me my wasn't in good condition and let me go out the store and after they release that they were wrong and never apologize or so the guy's name is Alex

Two employees were in, no customers. First impression, looks like a recycled smart phone store. I had a complex service problem but the two employees seemed disinterested. One was enjoying his snack. The other was working with a smart phone but no customer. I didn’t feel welcomed and the best advice I could get was call 611. Problem solved, thanks to Kelvin in Jamaica, three hours later.

I tried to buy a prepaid phone, the store has it on the floor display. When I talked to the salesperson, he said the store does not handle prepaid phone and told me to go to another store. Obviously the store has prepaid phone but not willing to serve me. I went to MetroPC and port my AT&T number over. Done.

Alex was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was very kind and very easy to work with. He went over all of our options to see the best way we could upgrade me to a new phone to the iphone 15 pro max. My phone did take a while to transfer all my information and it was close to closing and Alex was SO VERY welcoming and could tell he wanted to fully take care of his customers no matter what time it was. All in all I could go on and on about Alex. We will definitely be back to do business with him again.

Got a new iPhone 15 with no hassle. We saw a rep right away on a Saturday and everything was quick and easy. Phone works great.

I came in at 7pm with plans of purchasing a $1300 phone, I understand that's an hour before closing, I also understand is shouldn't take an hour to buy a phone. By the looks of it there were two employees busy helping customers. No greeting what so ever upon walking in the door. We sat and waited for 20 minutes and we were treated as if we were ghost. While the one employee was dropping the F bomb in front of a family of 4, the other employee was talking about his bestie Amanda in Tahoe and that was made him move to Reno while the lady he was "helping" was so obviously not interested. After still getting nothing but a eye glance for 20+ minutes we went Apple and bought the phone and left within less time we waited in this store.

I am sincerely impressed by the service I received from Alex Vasquez at this location. He has been incredibly helpful and kind during a very stressful and time consuming customer service issue. He offered me a solution to resolve my situation after listening to my Customer Loyalty conversation that was long winded and useless. Alex is a true gem in this crazy world. Thank you Alex!!

I recently visited the AT&T store and had an unfortunate encounter with the assistant manager, Alex. During my visit, Alex became confrontational and began shouting, escalating the situation to an uncomfortable level. Despite our attempts to communicate calmly, he refused to listen and was unhelpful throughout the interaction. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend visiting this store
