This is a terrible location to shop at but it seems like it's a great place to work. All the associates are busy playing on their telephones instead of serving customers. It's very frustrating to deal with some high school kid who's more interested with Instagram than they are selling these overpriced parts. If you're looking for customer service you won't find it here.

I came in to return an item and also asked for a tester to turn off the check engine light. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and respectful. I always enjoy coming to this store and appreciate the great service I receive.

I understand the battery policy for warranty but if I'm waiting on you guys for multiple weeks for an alternator it's should be courtesy to replace my dead battery. Simple good customer service.

I came to this location for headlight bulbs and Jose M was super helpful. He helped me make sure I had picked the right bulbs and showed me how to install them. I had a great experience. Thank you, Jose!

I needed spark plugs for my Honda. They had exactly what I needed in stock and the price was comparable to what I was finding on the Internet, without the waiting. I was able to get my car back in running condition without any hassle. They had 3 people standing by to help customers, which is rare for an auto parts store. Give AutoZone a try.

Place to go for auto supplies. Parts desk is fast and very friendly. They go above and beyond. Clean store. Well organized. Priced a little higher than I like? But I don't shop around and compare. Got the cutest phone holder for my car. Wide assortment to choose from. Offer useful things for your vehicle that you would never think of. Will run a free check if your warning light goes off.I heard they even help you with the installation of some parts sometimes? They let you borrow tools to do it yourself. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
