My sister and I went to this specific AutoZone because of its close convenient location to Downtown Reno. My sister was visiting during a snowstorm last weekend and needed snow chains to get back home. This was due to severe weather and road conditions requiring mandatory chains on all vehicles unless equipped with 4x4 and snow tires. This AutoZone gave me exceptional customer service, and help over the phone and in-store from another employee. The employees were knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I recommend this store to anyone looking for auto parts near Downtown on South Virginia Street.

The Spanish speaker was an absolutely disrespectful employee. She wouldn't even acknowledge the fact I was a customer due to my clothing (work clothes) and when she did she was nothing but rude. NEVER will be coming back to this location. Not to mention she had hickeys all over her neck.

Dead batteries are the worst. Luckily I got a jump and headed to my neighborhood autozone. Love that they install the new one for you for free, because I certainly don't know how. Purchase it there to get free disposal of the old one too!

Janet the store Manager was so nice! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to help me with my battery testing/replacement. She noticed I could use new tires and even recommended me a tire shop to go to. Was a great experience and happy my car is now taken care of. Gracias Janet!
