I bought a Duralast oil pressure sensor. It lasted 1 month before it started leaking out of the top of the sensor. I took it back without receipt and it didn't show up under my account either. The man working there told me that he couldn't return or exchange it. The company is a junk slinging dump with stores that have useless customer service. I've never been happy with my experiences at AutoZone in the customer service dept. O'Reilly's charges an arm and a leg for parts that also don't last but they always help me at all their locations regardless of return policy. They make it right. I bought a Duralast part with a Duralast part number stamped on the side. It is under warranty and the part is brand new looking. Why can't they at least exchange it? It was a pain to remove the oil stains out of my driveway from this and it took an hour to replace. I spend thousands of dollars maintaining cars for me and my family. Not spending a dollar here ever again. Horrible customer service.

I had a real problem. Even the Meline tow driver couldn't solve. It was all day and it worried me. My Ford Fiesta's hatchback was stuck shut and I couldn't open it.. The gage showed it open, unable to lock my car...giggle. Then I got this great idea to take it where people knew about cars. Right?! So I found my expert at the Auto Zone on W Mc Carren at Mae Anne. Joseph is one of the best in experienced auto customer service I've come across in the younger generation. He was able to fix my problem in minutes and rest my mind. This young man is goings places with personal attention and knowledge with his customers. Always ask for him there even if he's off...You won't be sorry.

STAY CLEAR of this one!! Just trash people!!. My husband was in the store shopping when someone came and put this illegal parking sticker on our sprinter van. We were there for 20 mins. My husband tried to take off the sticker and the guy came back screaming at us from his car and seemed like he was about to attack us! Scary situation!
