Rachel and Rhonda are wonderful. They are friendly and listen to what’s going on every week. The pelvic therapy has really helped after having three kids. And they give you exercises to do at home in between sessions.

OMG! The most amazing place ever!! Such a comfortable/safe environment for work that everyone should have! My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner.

It has been so hard to find a pelvic therapy office that took my insurance and also had amazing therapists!Rhonda has been so great with really wanting to know my health journey as a whole, and wanting to heal all parts of my body + mind in the process. So so glad I finally made the leap and started at Back in Motion.
