This Banfield is the best!! Everyone from the doctors to the front desk staff are caring and responsive. They gave my cats personalized attention and always reached out to check in the next day. Highly recommend.

What a nightmare of a manager. She insisted I arrived late (but had no one at the counter when I arrived nor for the time I waited) and then refused to allow my dogs to be seen. I was not late. She was a young 20 something who refused to listen which made me drive :40 back home and that is the last time I ever used Banfield!

I was able to book a next-day appointment for my dog when she started having UTI symptoms. The entire staff was very sweet and took wonderful care of her! The wellness plans are nice because they make her visits so much more affordable.

Don't trust what the lady's on the phone say this morning it was fine to have someone pick up my dog this afternoon while I'm at work and can't leave. but then I get call from friend syaing they won't release my Dog and now I have to physically be there to pick up my dog... I hope there ready for any angry dog dad this after... This is horrible customer service and Shame on Rachel for lieing to me.if you don't the answer to question don't assume how rude and inconsiderate!

Emergency after hours services so it was pricey. Everyone was extremely friendly. Facility is clean. Dr was great. Explained everything that was going on. Went over different treatment options and the prices before we went forward with services.

I pay for my dogs to go here and I needed to make an appointment for something the Vet and the vet tech already saw at an appointment for one of my dogs. Now I’m making an appointment because it’s getting worse and I can’t get in until a month out. What is the point of paying yearly when you still have to take your dog to a vet hospital?

The 2 Banfield in the area are short-staffed every time I call. I call and try and get my pet in and the soonest appointment they have is 2 weeks out. If staffing is such an issue, I don’t understand why you don’t close the other location and move everyone to the same location. Also I have tried speaking with the practice manager on numerous occasions and it seems they are never available.
