Very disappointed in this Bank. I have three branches near my house. Two of the branches are closed on Saturday. The only one open has thirty people in line. I was the fifth person to Walk out. Without receiving any service. There must be a better Bank in town that can actually provide a simple service on a Saturday without having to drive all over town. Dump BofA. Send a message.

I’ve open my account on this bank, last month, the processing of the debit card are to slow.. it took a while , then I decided to report that the debit card that I am waiting was not arrived yet..
the following morning , the card was in our mail box , I can’t used it because they promised to send me one.
Last week of May when I call but to this date June 17,2024 the card was not in the mail box .,
So DISAPPOINTING , unsatisfied with their service..

I only use the bank to deposit cash. Eduardo, one of the cashiers, does a good job.Only gripe I have - The Merrill Lynch fella leaves a couple minutes before close. I get it's only a couple minutes but I got there at 4:30 done with Eduardo by 4:45 (i bring in a lot of tip money so it takes a while) and would've liked to talk to the guy for just a minute about my finances till they closed at 5.
