Carmen Robinson was really really helpfull today with us. She explained really well all the credit score and the benefits of the credit cards. Even if you speak spanish she's the best!!!

Came to open an account and wasn’t acknowledged. I waiting around for someone to assist in the lobby while all the bankers were chatting it up. Definitely needs to be trained on proper customer service !

The teller here is so mean maybe she's new. I always do my transactions in this bank. Some of the workers here knew me already especially Monica and Andrea. I waited for 15 mins to get change but then that time she ask me if I have account number. I really do but I can't find the account number of the business on my phone but I told her the business name. So I ended up not getting change cause there's a lot of customer waiting in line and I'm already late for work. I wish I can give 0 star for this teller.

I have to go here to get quarters for my work at the hotel next Door and the staff is very polite, friendly and courteous. Amazing customer service.

Bank of America seems to not believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Long lines and 1 teller always! When I mention to the teller about the horrible long wait he gets RUDE!I am Handicap and having to wait so long is ridiculous! Might have to take my business to another bank!!

Place is a fucken joke literally writing this as I'm standing in line it's Friday 12:50pm on A FRIDAY(PAYDAY) for most and they have two cashiers up front with a useless bitch or two walking the floor and a trail of people out past the door this place is a JOKE

I went into this branch to make a deposit of two postal money orders. If you put them through the ATM it will have a hold placed on them for days. I was standing in a line when one of the bank employees approached me and asked what I was there for today. I told her to make a deposit. She said come with me and took me to the ATM inside the branch. I told her they were postal money orders and I want to make sure there is no hold on them. She said "it will be available on Monday since it's Friday. I asked are you sure because in the past there was a hold and I was told I needed to come into make the deposit. She assured me the funds may be available after midnight that same night but for sure on Monday. I made the deposit and it did not show up in the account. As of today I am $749 overdrawn and they say the hold won't be until the 18th. That's three more days of fees and issues with other checks trying to clear. I wanted to speak to a branch manager at this branch and explain what happened. I was told I had to make an appointment online. I called customer service and I was told once the checks are processing there is nothing they can do to take off the hold. I have spent all day trying to get ion touch with a manager at this branch to let them know what their employee did. I filed a complaint online but I just want my money released. I deposit the same amount the same way every month. Now My credit will show a missed house payment.

I spent over 6 hours trying to access my money in my account. Went to the bank 2 different times. They need to fix there fraud department because they lock your money and give you zero ways of pulling it out to pay your bills. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever been thru and wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy

Wait time is ridiculous, never have more than 2 windows open even if the line is all of the way out the front door. The only reason I go there is because I have to deposit my rent in my landlord's account

I walk in today 11/29 at thisBOFA location trying to cash and EFS check code just to be turned down by one the managers claiming he doesn’t know what and EFS is.Needless to say I was very disappointed.They have trucking corporations as clients and not knowing what a EFS are is just not acceptable.
