This is going to be a short review. Friendly branch. Needed a notary, made an appointment. Agent a few minutes late, but nothing significant. Got the job done, and all was well. Out of there in less than half an hour. These days, you need to remember to call to make an appointment for almost anything. Last year I walked into a BOA branch in AZ to create a Estate account for my deceased brother --- sorry, you need an appointment. Got one for about an hour later .. went to lunch and came back. So if you're not going directly to a teller for cash/deposit/safe deposit transactions ... Make An Appointment!!! Saves frustration.

I was very grateful for the help Bank of America was able to give me today. Vincent and his manager (who's name I didn't get unfortunately) They were able to help me locate some funds that were transferred to an account I wasn't exactly sure what it was (It was a mistake on my part). Grateful for their help! Another reason why I'm happy with Bank of America is we used them for the loan for a new car and they beat the Credit union and dealerships interest rate.

Do not work with Vincent!!!!! Do not go here!! Do not bank with Bank of America!! The most incompetent people you could find specifically Sandra and Vincent. Both of who appear to need some serious retraining. Took a day off from work about 80$ in gas just for Vincent to leave me with the same problems starting with but now it's the weekend and I can't fix it. Don't even get me started on Sandra.

Since living out in this area since 2017 whenever I have needed to use a bank I have frequently used this location. It's a busy location with it's usually traffic. As we all know since the pandemic a lot of locations have closed. Lines are longer. With that also brings people that like to complain too. Especially during the holidays. I usually find Sandra and Cheryl there with smiling faces assisting us as quickly as they can. The visit isn't that long with them being polite and pleasant each visit I have been there. They do their jobs throughly. Greeting you when you arrive and they are personable until you walk away from them at the end of each transaction. I have appreciated them and all their good work through the pandemic. And they deserve a thumbs up for the great job they've done. The bank has hired new people just recently to help them out. Bravo ladies keep up the great work. Thanks again.

Very glad to have closed our last account at Bank of America. I am looking forward to never again experiencing their astoundingly poor customer service. Typical experience: Tried to make an appointment but the online system failed to complete the reservation and they do not answer their phone. We then were chastised and made to wait at the branch for showing up without an appointment. Another typical experience: Was denied access to a safe deposit for months because BofA refused to return emails, would not answer their phones etc.

The worse ever people, Not Knowing what the court order is, When the order indicates This is a court order Directed to the Bank you don't say you need to set appointment you go straight to the order from Court This what I got from a banker I have no time Zero Zero Zero Star

Just stood in line for 15 minutes while the manager did nothing but watch people stand for an ungodly amount of time. I live in the area and will be driving anywhere but to this Bank of America because it will be faster. Went in the day after (even though I didn't want too), Worlds rudest tellers I have ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with. AVOID this place!!!!

I can't believe I still use Bank of America. Most if not all are understaffed at the counter while the other suits seem to be not busy and not interested. Sometimes they come around to tell the long line of people they the tellers will be right with them. This particular branch is one of the worst. Understaffed and super slow tellers. I guess they don't realize or don't care that there ere are plenty of other banks in town. Probably don't care since they continue to rank so low

I thought for the location this Bank of America was going to give me some decent service Just moved from nyc and I've dealt with pretty crappy customer service But this branch really made me feel like I was not welcomed nor did they care to help me Not going to mention names but if you can't do something simple for me just say it don't direct me to another bank and make me look stupid So unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Worst mortgage experience of my life. Ariel Martinez, the loan officer, likes to hear himself talk. He has no regard for your time, respect for you as a customer, or sense of efficiency. It doesn't matter if you have been banking with BofA for 30 years or 1 year, he will treat you like you are being hazed and have to perform ridiculous and redundant tasks. Worst banking experience in my 40 years of owning rental properties and running a business.
