All BofA branches seem to be flushed this week, and have been off and on last few months. Trying to call 800# is a joke as been on hold over 45 min, BUT, they do value me as a customer! Haha Hello Wells Fargo....

The worst bank ever!!! Not enough tellers, long long lines and a lot of other bankers standing around the information desk, having coffee and a chat. Lazy people.

It seems like their employees take their lunch break at lunch time, when most working people take their break to go to the bank. It would make sense to me that they take a littler earlier or later of a lunch in order to actually help the lunch crowd that goes in needing banking things. It's really not too much to ask, and plenty of other establishments do exactly this. Plan for anywhere from 5-45 minutes no joke.

From the outside this seems more like a corporate building than a service bank.. but don't let that fool you. Getting into the parking lot from the other side of the street was a bit of a challenge, but no biggie. I was able to walk right in (thursday 4:30pm) and was helped straight away by a pleasant teller. In and out in less than 5 min (just a quick withdrawal). Since this location is so close to my work, and now I know that it is a service bank, not just an office building, I will definitely be back.
