Cafe is great! Employees are wonderful! Sales floor is a dream! My only problem with the facility is the female restrooms…. When you walk in, the trash can is piles At least 2 feet above the rim. As well as there being trash on the floor. Paper towel dispenser is in disarray with the roll removed and left on a soaking wet countertop between the sinks. Moving along…. 2 out of 4 stalls look like someone had explosive diarrhea and the floor littered with pieces of toilet paper. In addition to the stalls, there are no sanitary seat covers.
I wish the management would take the matter of their restrooms seriously because it’s almost like this every time I visit, and it’s annoying. Please take pride in your store’s restrooms.

I'll always enjoy perusing B&N, however they are WAY pricier than Amazon or Grassroots books. I mainly come to look at new books and their high quality bookmarks.

It's a great place for book lovers, but the section with the Bibles and Bible commentary books keeps shortening. They now have every religion squeezed onto 3-4 shelves. They give witchcraft and that stuff more space than they do the Christian Bible. This used to be years ago a Christian book store, but the new company just keeps sweeping it under the rug to where for me personally it's just better to ship online for the same books you can get there. The experience of buying a book is just so crowded by, board games, mugs, notebooks, rocks, toys, and other stuff to were it's hard to appreciate going out and buying a book anymore. It's ok to go too, not something I will go to often though.

Things have really changed at Barnes & Noble: untidy crew, untidy store, main floor upon entry is like a gift shop, sales tables are gone, limited checkout staff. Just not very fun anymore. 😞

Bookstore was great. But worst Starbucks I've ever had. I asked for a Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. What I got was a watery undrinkable something. When I looked at my receipt they rang me up for an iced latte with hazelnut. I realized it too late as I didn't drink it until I got to my car.
My mom got a java chip and it was dry. I didn't even know that was a thing. Neither drink was drinkable. 14 bucks down the drain.

Not so much for the store but the Starbucks inside. It was horrible got a simple mocha and they didn't even mix it in so there was just a quarter inch of dark chocolate in the bottom

I went to the in-store coffee shop on 10/3/24 and ordered a simple cold brew beverage. After the cashier took my order, three additional customers followed in line and she took their orders. She then proceeded to make their drinks first and made me wait to be served last. I had ordered only one simple drink, so I am not sure why she would make me wait while she served all the customers who came after me. This was discourteous and disrespectful. Unfortunately this has become the new level of substandard and thoughtless service. Will not be spending and tipping here again.
