Thanks to Isma I had a horrible experience and she made sure I didn't get my coupon honored even when I was on the phone with customer service and told her my coupon hadn't been scanned.

I like this store but B&BW sure has gone up in price for their soaps and etc. Everyone is pleasant and helpful at this location. I wish they had a store in Carson City, NV.

Loved the sale I caught today on the wall flowers. $2.95! I ordered online and picked them up in the store. It was so simple and the order was ready within 5 hours. The staff was kind and helpful!

I prefer this store over the meadowwoid mall location. Both have great selection, but this one has easier access.

This place is a sad example of corporate greed. These people are paid a low wage to sell expense soaps etc and they have to interact with the customer to the point that one can feel like you have a new friend by the time you leave, but waiting for all the register questions for the 4 customers in front of you and then the only cashier has to answer the phone too and the wait to pay is way too long for soap!!! Fix the problems however you want, but, I will not be shopping at bbw for a while after this recent experience. Just not fun and pleasant with their ridiculous to-do list with each customer. I don't need a friend, I just needed some soap. Now I can live without bbw

Popped in to get a few more car scents... I love having my car smell fresh and fun! What's great is the smell lasts a long time for the 4Runner, which is rarely driven.. Also picked up several gift cards! It's dangerous being so close to this store.. New loyalty program, so of course I signed up!

Solid 3-star experience. I did not get the feeling the workers were experts on their products. They were very nice and tried to be helpful. I'm not a fan of being directed toward something that doesn't match my request just so the employee can say they pointed at something.

Such pushy salespeople! I came in to buy two products that I use on a regular basis. The salesperson told me they had a buy three get three free promo. It's not a promo. They always have that deal. She was so incredibly pushy repeating "You are already buying to you might as well buy the third one!" I probably would have done that, but I just wanted to get a way from her so I kept saying no and walked away. As I was walking away she said, "oh you can also buy two and get one free". Funny that wasn't mentioned when she was pushing her offer to buy three. Looks like I'll be buying my product online now so I don't have to go through that again. Manager - you lost me bc of your overly pushy staff.

This is my new favorite BBW location! Usually getting to a BBW location is quite a trek. Having broken my foot/leg a while back I avoided going to malls as it was just too difficult to get all the way into the bowels of the building for a couple of soaps and lotions. This location is in a beautiful shopping center with easy parking and nice store associates. It happened to be the semi annual sale when I dropped in here with my mom. What a treat! I introduced my mom to all my favorite scents and the two of us left with nice smelling bath supplies! Apparently Nevada doesn't currently participate in the BBW rewards program, so that is something to note if you're trying to redeem a reward on the app. I think it will work in a pickup order, though, so that is one workaround.

I absolutely love Bath & Body Works !!! However, I can no longer shop in the brick and morter stores due to the incredibly loud music. It is disorienting. I am still shell-shocked when I leave. I am not the only one, as this has been a topic of conversation on more than one occasion. I honestly believe customers would spend more time and money in store. The rest of us are relegated to only online shopping.
