“Went in today to buy wiper blades. Ask to have them installed. I was greeted immediately at the door by a very friendly lady. She searched for my parts and brought me two options. After selecting the blades I wanted she went outside and started to install them. She did some difficulty but found a man inside who was able to help. Overall the experience was easy and quick. Battery completely dead- Happy to get new terminals for free! Received a $10 credit for the dead battery! Left with new terminals and .27 cents! A great day!”

I needed to be back at work at 1 am.I ask the guy if they put batteries in. He said yes, but we generally don't do it at night. He walked inside, expecting me to follow to purchase a battery. I got in my car and drove across the street to O'Reilly. Knowingly, I should have come here first.”
