“I had an exceptional experience with the Lexus service department, especially because of Julie. She was professional, thorough, and made sure my car was taken care of properly from start to finish. But what truly stood out was how far she went beyond her job to help me.
When i returned my loaner car, I accidentallly left my 5 year old granddaughter's Elsa dresses and matching shoes in the trunk. I didn't realize it until after the service department had closed, and her birthday party was the next day. I was absolutely panicked!
Julie stayed after work, found the car and the keys, retrieved the dresses and shoes, and then drove them all the way to my house. I was so touched by her kindness and thoughtfulness. She absolutely did not have to do that, but she went out of her way to help me.
Julie is the perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She took excellent care of my car, but more importantly, she took care of me. Lexus is incredibly lucky to have someone like Julie representling their dealership.

“Tried this place to get my ac on my 2013 dodge charger fix. It was amazing they got it done in a couple of hours. Setting up the appointment was really easy and the lady who set my appointment with easy to talk to really nice and friendly. The office was clean with snacks and water to drink. If you talk to the stuff they talk with you and hold a good conversation it was really nice place and staff. They looked over my whole car, took pictures of things they found that I need to fix. It’s really nice to see them take the initiative not to many places do that anymore. Pricing was really reasonable as well. I’ll definitely be going back.”

“Got my tonneau cover done here a couple years ago. I had one small issue about a year after I got it, and Custom Truck fixed it under warranty. I recently broke a plastic piece that holds the support bars on the tonneau cover (my fault), and Candice promptly provided me with two replacements at no cost. Exceptional service and I will always take my truck here!”

“After an unexpected accident on the freeway where my sunroof shattered, I had to have my brand new 2026 BMW X1 towed to Caliber Collision in Reno. It was right before a long holiday weekend and they were dealing with a high volume of vehicles, but the team handled everything beautifully.
Ana at the reception desk and the entire team were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Ana even took care of calling the rental car company for me so I didn't have to worry about a thing! They took my car in right away and kept me consistently updated throughout the whole process.
When I got the car back, they had done an amazing job. They meticulously cleaned the entire interior to make absolutely sure there was no shattered glass left behind, and they perfectly restored the brand new sunroof. It looks as good as new! You don't need a body shop many times in life, but it is incredibly comforting to know exactly who I can trust and count on if it ever happens again. Highly recommend!”

“Won’t be going again, here are the details why. Note, I’m not gonna leave a bad review as it doesn’t pertain to the experience.
While the shop is most certainly experts around starters. There’s no doubt they are very experienced and know what they’re talking about.
That said, I found it to be very expensive over another competitor in the area. The other two things that came up, the gentleman was very vocal about how the brand of starter that I had he did not like. The last thing was, he was certain my battery was the issue as he also did not like the brand. While I’m sure in some cases that brand of battery has caused issue, it is certainly not the cause of my problem. As the battery is operating on a completely brand new starter without incident and has been prior to that for years.
He demanded that I also bring in the battery so he could properly test it and if I refuse did not want to ensure the business with warranty a starter replacement. This is most certainly most bizarre thing I’ve ever heard.
While I assured him that it had been tested somewhere else locally multiple times. He didn’t trust it. Turns out, my starter was just bad. Nothing to do with the battery. Also, my starter was very old, which was also the issue. Best keep your details about your equipment to yourself as it just gives them ammunition to find something to attack.”
