We went to Badrosians for tile to repair our water-damaged home. We had gone to another tile supplier but they could not deliver in time; we needed two week delivery and they offered two months. In contrast, in Bedronisans we were greeted warmly by Cherrice, who has many years of design experience. She easily helped us and had a number of very helpful design ideas. These ideas, coupled with their wide variety of tiles, meant we soon had a better design than we were thinking about together with the tile to implement it. They will deliver within our two-week schedule so we can complete the repairs before the holidays. If you need tile for your home, save time and effort by going to Bedrosian's first!

I have a remodeling project in Tahoe while I am physically in South Bay. Remotely managing the project is challenging, however people like Christen in Bedrosians Reno made it so easy and comforting in the ordering process. Christen is not only warm but also sharp and knowledgeable, she works so efficiently in managing my order by giving sound advises and also room for me to digest and decide. She is considerate in managing the delivery and find the most cost saving options for me. Thank you Christen and also the whole store as other members that I have interacted briefly with also are pleasant to work with.

When the project was started, we opened up our tile boxes and there were several tiles broken. 40" x 13" tiles. I promptly called and was told that we would be able to receive a replacement box due to the damages. A few hours later, I was notified that since the purchase was so long ago, that we would have to buy more! They stated since they do not know how they were stored, that I could have been the one that broke them. The lady also said that they gave it to me on a pallet WHICH THEY DID NOT. Two men loaded the tile in the back of my 4Runner in a hastily manner! Their customer service is outrageous and my wife and I will NEVER shop here nor suggest this place to friends and family again. Stop selling broken tile and stand by your customers! We aren't trying to scam you out of a hand full of tiles. This is ridiculous.Update:Corporate called and hated the bad review. They dug into the situation and noted that the tile we purchased was discontinued shortly after they sold us the tile. Fortunately, the man helping us scrounged up three sample tiles that were lying around at the store and gave them to us! Three of the five tiles broken have been replaced. Thank you for the help, TJ! It must be difficult to have front line workers that don't handle it with more forgiveness. They have less to lose.

Incredible showroom, and warehouse! Knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Beautiful variety, and quantity of many different styles, of counter top, tile, and other flooring options. Huge selection, and especially well laid out showroom to peruse. Many different styles, and options to choose from. If you are building, just renovating a home, or only just a part of one. You can't go wrong with this place. Definitely worth a visit!

Great customer service. Alex and JJ helped me to find the kitchen backsplash tile and bathroom floor tile for a remodel I was doing. In Lincoln, CA. They were both knowledgeable about their product, answered my questions and arranged for the tile to be sent to the Ranch Cordova, CA store for pickup. All of the order was there. Tile looks fabulous on wall. I can't recommend Bedrosians enough and definitely will return in the future. Wonderful company with a huge supply to choose from.

Great selection of tiles and counter top materials - wide range of available stones and designed. Definitely on the upper end of pricing for the Reno area, but you do get great service for it.
