This was another great surprise to me that Ulta’s had a full brow service. They even do threading! My brow girl, Kayla, was awesome! She listen to my request, started with shaping, showed me and asked for input, and then fine tuned my brow angles. She was quick, precise and very professional. I live right up the street from this Ulta. I come here pretty often through out the month. I used to really like coming here, love the clean environment and organization. Down side, is the employees are super rude. The past few months I have came in, sometimes the store will be empty with maybe two other customers besides me. I walk in and they always just stair at me including others that come in. I don’t mind that they don’t say hello it just makes your shopping experience very uncomfortable. Tonight, I came in just to pick up some of my skin care products I was running low on. I walked in, and there was a young lady at the front that was stocking the mini products next to the check out line, my friend and I walk in and she just starred at us. Then to make it worse I was there for no more then 10 minutes and another girl comes up to us right when I’m about to check out and was the only one that asked if I was doing okay. I was looking for a trash can that whole time I was in the store since I had a candy wrapper in my hand. At the same time when the girl asked me if I was doing alright I saw a mini trash can near us so I threw my trash away. She couldn’t even wait until I left the store to check what I threw away. Right when I walk away I see her hovering over the trash can digging to see what I threw. They made me feel so uncomfortable because it made me feel like I did something wrong or like if she thought I was stealing or something. Which is completely understandable, but you don’t do that in front of the customer. It was not a comfortable or comforting experience AT ALL. Hasn’t been for a few months.
