A great shop for all your electronic needs. The store could use more employees, they seem to be stretched thin when it gets busy. However, most employees know their departments well if you have questions on products. They got great protection plans and membership options for an affordable price.

I have been to this best buy a couple of times and the employees are very friendly and professional. I went this Sunday almost at closing time and they were very attentive and answered all my questions.And the cashier, wow, there are no words to describe her attention and patience. My English is not very good and she did everything possible to serve me in an excellent way It's a real shame that I don't remember her name correctly but I think her name is Zoe or Chloe because people like her make me want to go back to the store.CONGRATULATIONS BEST BUY FOR HAVING PEOPLE LIKE THIS GIRL. AND OF COURSE I WILL RETURN TO SHOP WITH YOU THANKS TO HER.

Thank you to Tony in Customer Service and Manager Kenzie for both of your understanding and kindness. Your help today with my return, exchange and appointment was a Five Star Customer Experience. This was my first experience in your Reno store and I thought meeting Manager Kenzie and Tony was a wonderful experience. I would like to add on another note, that your Employee named Andrew in your Home Theatre & TV section was very unprofessional and mean. He needs to be retrained and taken off the floor because his customer service was awful. He left me in tears. I believe as a customer for over 20 years at Best Buy that he does not deserve his position and needs to be away from Customers and in the back stocking the store. This would have been a five star review if I had not had this poor customer experience with Andrew. Thank you again for the Five Star Customer Service experience I DID have with Tony & Manager Kenzie. I will come back to Reno Best Buy again. Julie A

Received my curbside purchase with the box banged up and written on. Walked into the store as this item was a gift and asked if I could swap for another that doesn't look banged up. Poor customer service, Frazier the manager was completely unwilling to assist me, overall rude, turned his back to me said no that they will all look this way. I felt incredibly undervalued as a customer and ultimately will be returning my purchase and buying my gift elsewhere.

Been a premium member there for a long time. Now I’m a total tech member. Even better. Best Buy goes out there way to get it right. I was tracking a smart tv and they offered to help. One day I forgot to check price change and member called me and told me price had dropped. I could go on. To me they’re awesome.

The glass on my camera lens shattered. So I came in to best buy because they are an authorized service provider for samsung. The young kid behind the counter indicated that they are not allowed to provide samsung repairs because they do not have the proper equipment.If this is true best buy needs to remove this from their website so no one else wastes their time.

Needed help for one item, on a Tuesday night. It wasn’t busy, and there were 5 employees lingering around the front area. I asked for help, about a product I was interested in buying. Not one of them helped so I left the store. And they lost a sale.

We saw a laptop for 999$ and we're told by a sales rep that the price would stay as 999 until black friday sale but when we went back to buy it the price had increased to 1299$ which was a big disappointment..

I ordered a dryer online and was promised a Dec 15th delivery before I made the purchase. After I placed the order the delivery date was changed to Dec 28th. False advertising!Then I spent an our with some off-shore GeekSquad customer agent, who was not helpful at all.Also, the Reno store doesn't pick up the phone. Terrible customer service and scam!
