Last year 2023. Spent 100 plus about 4 or 5 days before v-day to be delivered at her work, they never showed, called to check and they said they had a issue and forgot where to deliver. Even tipped after making the actual purchase because they were friendly, sucks because the next day after valentines they were delivered at my house. They never compensated or truly apologized anyway. This was the third time I've used this florist and now my last.

I wandered in just to check things out and left with two plant cuttings that the owner generously insisted I take for free. Her passion as a florist and for plants more generally is apparent throughout her lovely shop.

I love this florist! Not only have they helped me repot some plants but I have also walked in and said can ya make me something cute fur $50? And they never disappoint! Beautiful arrangements and flowers! They have also helped to support my non profit fundraiser! Thank you for everything!

I called to ask about delivery and the person who answered, answered with a horrible attitude when asking for prices the person exhaled and with a horrible attitude told me the price I had to hang the call I was in such disbelief on how rude they where over under phone

The fact that Julie comments on everyone’s review and says “you ordered through 1800 flowers, next time order through somewhere with a physical address” is enough for me to not want to do business with her. Regardless if a client ordered through 1800 flowers, all of these posts are a reflection of YOUR WORK and came from YOUR BUSINESS. It’s still flowers you put together. Her replies to clients are nasty and disrespectful. Also borderline racist with one of her replies saying “Next time try to call a brick and mortar flowers shop that actually does the floral designing instead of just order taking in India or the Filipins.”

I sent flowers to my daughter to celebrate her birthday. The arrangement I ordered via 1800Flowers was just under $100. While I appreciate that supply issues happen and not all arrangements will look exactly like the representative picture, the end result should be of comparable value and presentation.The delivered "arrangement" was completely embarrassing and unacceptable! It didn't have the extent of flowers, was not arranged well, and the greenery was dead. (A friend compared it to dead spinach.)When I called 1800Flowers, they apologized and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Although I received a confirmation e-mail that the replacement had been delivered, it was not. I called again to register the complaint and was told that another redelivery would be processed. Again....there was a confirmation e-mail but no redelivery. All three were contracted to "Best" Flowers by Julie.Please save your special occasion, money, and the frustration by refusing to do business with this shop. While the owner can deflect as much as she wants and fail to accept responsibility by saying it's not her fault that you chose a 3rd party vendor, that same 3rd party vendor has come through with beautiful arrangements in the past.The product that this business puts out is COMPLETELY within their control as is the response posted to complaints about their products and service.**Updating to respond to the business response. The flowers WERE from "Best" Flowers (contracted through 1800Flowers) as indicated on the nasty arrangement that was sent. At least accept responsibility and offer an apology!

I just got a bouquet of flowers delivered for Mother's Day from my daughter. They are the most hideous flowers ever. One stem of yellow Asiatic lilies that were dead the leaves were falling off and wilted, five pink roses three of the roses ,off already and a bunch of fille I called Best Flowers and talked to Julie she said she was the owner. She was very rude and ended up hanging up on me I told her I don't want another arrangement delivered I just want her to know the quality of her flowers that was sent to me flowers are expensive you could compensate my daughter in someway because this was not $100 bouquet of flowers. I get all the service fees but really for a little bud vase. I was disappointed that the owner would not work with me and hung up how unprofessional and rude I will never do business with them and hopefully by sharing this nobody else will either. You always want to work with the customer. Apparently Julie does not get that how sad.

I reeceived flowers from a friend in IL on April 8, 2022. There was no indication from the florist as to who sent the flowers. The owner absolutely refused to help find out who sent the flowers. In addition, the 3 roses began dropping petals the next day. There were carnations in the arrangement. Some of them looked like they had been soaked in tea bags. They were BEIGE. IT was one of the ugliest arrangements I have received in 74 years. The owner was very snippy when I complained about the quality of the flowers and her unwillingness to help me find out who the flowers were from. I told her that I would never order flowers from her. She said, "Fine." And hung up.

I got two arrangements from Julie, one day apart. One of them still looks great. But on the third day The smaller bouquet turned totally limp and brown. I called to express my concerns about the quality of the arrangement. The woman I spoke with did not care. She blamed the size of the vase. As a small business owner myself I would have offered to rectify it. But this woman didn't care. I feel bad for the people who spent the money on this bouquet I would not recommend using this business the way they treated this situation. I recommend Flowers by Patty. I cut the flowers and changed the water every other day other day and this is how they looked after 4 days

Just received these on my porch. The flowers were beautiful and not wilted or damaged at all. The lily that was in bloom had the little things inside trimmed which is great since they stain. I liked that half were blooming and half of the lilies and roses are yet to bloom. Seems fresh to me. Hoping they'll last a while!
