Clothes weren’t ready on specified day. I was told that they just estimate delivery, no guarantees. Their “policy” doesn’t provide discounts for late delivery. Go someplace else.

Excellent dry cleaners. Even went above and beyond to get candle wax out of a chenille sweater. Didn't work the first time so they cleaned it again free of charge and got the wax out.I've had a hole stitched up in a shirt and you don't even notice.Super impressed!

I dropped off a coat on Monday, December 18th, hoping to wear it for a work event on Christmas day. Unfortunately, nothing was done. Today (December 22nd), when I went to the store to pick up my coat and my card was charged, I noticed that my coat looked just like it did before I dropped it off—no cleaning had been done. When I raised the issue with their employee during the check-out, she offered to give me a free lint roller and her manager's number to request a refund. After discussing the matter with Amy (the manager), she offered to redo the service free of charge. However, she couldn't guarantee that the service would be completed before Christmas.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I recommend trusting the negative reviews you see here and staying away from this place, as they are not honest in the way they do business.

I brought one dress in on Friday they said no problem. I called Tuesday still not ready they told me I'd receive a text or call the following day. I waited til 4pm Wednesday and called and they said oh yeah it's here, as if it had been ready all day? would have been nice to get notification? But that wasn't the worst part. I asked if they got some finger print marks out of the front and they said we don't know? You can look at it yourself. So I did and they were still on there.... And they offered to run it again but obvi if it didn't come out the first time? But I paid $25.50 to get it cleaned and it still had grease stain on it:( just sad.

Unfortunately, we had several issues with our service at Bobby Pages located in McQueen's Crossing:1) Poor Communication. After we picked up our drying cleaning we noticed some of the clothing pieces were not returned. When we went back to the store to ask if they'd been lost, the attendant seemed confused. Finally, she was able to locate the items but told us they needed extra treatment; however, this had not been communicated initially.2) Damaged Clothing. One of the shirts we had dry cleaned was new and had only been worn once. When it was returned to us, it looked like there were massive oil/solution stains spanning almost the entirety of both sides. It came back with a note that said "Stained." The shirt was absolutely not in that condition when it was dropped off and clearly there seemed to be an error with their cleaning process. Luckily I was able to soak and save the shirt at home, but pretty disappointing to have a brand new shirt returned in worse condition than before.3) Payment Inconsistencies. The total payment owed was not clearly communicated. My husband was NOT told that A) Some clothing items were still being cleaned and B) Those items would be paid for upon pick up and would therefore not be included in the balance he paid. When I went in to pick up the leftover items, the attendant told me there was still a balance. She then reported two different initial payment amounts. After I expressed confusion and showed her what my husband paid, she printed off the receipt, which showed a total balance which was never shared with us.She was very nice, but mentioned, "I know it's kind of confusing. The system makes it difficult to know what has been paid for or not, and even the employees are unsure of the amounts sometimes."Customers should have a clear idea of what's been paid and what's owed, and if the system isn't working for your employees or they're unsure about how to use it, that's seems incredibly problematic. I think it would be good practice to let customers know how much their total will be before they leave store the first time to avoid inconsistencies and communication errors.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

I have dropped off quilts and comforters before to this location in the past and have had great service, but this time was not that case. I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned and was told 2-3 weeks on the ticket. I reached out a day after the three week mark because I still hadn't heard from them. The comforter was finished but the 2 pillow shams weren't done and it would still be a couple of days for them. So after a month, everything was finally done. When I went to pick it up (mind you I still never received a text or call that my items were ready), my comforter and shams were in one of their crappy bags. I dropped everything off in the original sturdy bag that the comforter came in. When asked where my bag was, I was told it was thrown away. If I had known they were going to throw my very nice and sturdy bag, I never would have left it with them! No one told me they'd be doing that and replacing it with one of their crappy ones! I will be taking my business to another establishment that doesn't take a month to have a comforter cleaned and at least lets the customer know if they will be throwing out good bags!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. The cashier working June 14th at closing refused to take our items. I am an active customer, I drop off my items weekly to be starched. I called the store prior to and confirmed I could drop off. I called Carson and Moana and they both confirmed there policy would be to accept the clothes even 15 mins prior to their closing time. The cashier not only closed the store early she was incompetent of any policy to taking the clothes. I'd like to speak to a manager about this employee and situation.

Horrible. Horrible, horrible. Took a week to do 7 shirts and 1 pair of pants. The most expensive dry cleaners ever. $7 for a pair of pants. Never again.

I have been using this location for several years now. They do a good job with clothes but the prices have risen sharply and it is taking so much longer to get the clothes back. Also, they are only open until 5 which can make it very difficult to get there after work. I know they are having staffing issues like so many businesses right now but due to all of the issues, I am going to start looking for another dry cleaner.

Horrible service. I dropped off a dress shirt and two ties on a Tuesday. The ticket said the items would be ready by Friday. When I arrived on SATURDAY the shirt was ready but no ties were to be found. They told me to come back on Monday or to drive to another store 20 minutes away to see if the ties were there. Needless to say, I will never be using these guys again.

I have used this location several times for alterations, pressing, and cleaning and they have always done a good job. Just picked up an evening jacket for my husband and my outfit for a wedding and they both look great!

Fast, friendly, efficient and affordable. Great customer service and the text updates are awesome. The hours of operation work well with my busy schedule and I highly recommend. Keep up the good work! :)

Update to my experience......I finally put on the jumper in which I had the zipper replaced and the zipper isn't even attached at the bottom. So I paid 55% more than the quoted price for a zipper that wasn't even sewn in properly. Wow, didn't think I could be more disappointed.

Very pricey with low quality of work. We gave our blanket with few stains to them. They returned it after a week, charged us $40 and the stains are still there. I would not recommend this place.
