I had an amazing experience with Boost Mobile thanks to Angie! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my options and helped me find the perfect plan that fit my needs. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. This location and or it's employees does not honor email offers. I received an email offer for a $15 upgrade phone in store for existing customers with an activation fee of up to $35 acccording to the fine print, however the associate wanted to charge me a $75 activation fee plus fees and taxes bringing the $15 offer closer to $100. She tried to get over.

Angie was super helpful and super nice and attentive! she was quick to help me and answered all the questions i had. This is now my go too boost store in Reno. She were very knowledgeable, and made my experience here very lovely. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you!

Visited this location today to become a customer. I knew what I wanted and I had received instructions prior to my visit on what I would need to bring. The heavy set latino lady didn’t greet. Acted annoyed that’s she had to leave the back corner room Told me all the things she can’t do. Offered no help or customer service. And I stood there a bit astonished someone so rude was in customer service Luckily T-Mobile is right next store and where happy to help and now me and my family of 4 all have new phones and service
