Hours are not updated on here at least 6 people were trying go in and shop doors closed at 8:30pm website says open until 9pm. Please update hours you are waisting people time by driving to your store thinking it's open. Especially during the holidays people need to shop.

I love the Boot Barn! They always have seasonal offerings for women that are so cute!!! Plus the staff at this particular location are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - they are actually helpful! Just like any retail establishment, there are a few items that I'd recommend hiding on the very back rack, but the rest is to die for! My favorite time to buy here is right before summer hits. They have the cutest dresses in all lengths and figures, I always have a hard time narrowing down my choices. It's like the buyer for this store has a fundamental understanding of the female figure and it translates in the inventory. The cutest, season appropriate tops from sexy, barely there things to a sharp linen business cut blouse. Then there's my all time favorites, Miss Me's in my size, multiple styles to pick from and top quality cowboy boots and cowboy hats. The mens selections seem equally plentiful, well made and stylish. Don't get me started on the belts! And silver buckes too, they cast such a pretty sparkle to my eye. Last thing I want to mention is the jewelry. Lots and lots of fashion jewelry to complete any look. You could litterally come here just to shop a western themed earring. Add fragrances and I can get whipped up to a retail frenzy here, you will likely find something you like too.

Boot Barn you need to do better I just ordered some boots and from the looks of it looks like crap 1st off looks like another person's boot return ! where is the presentation of opening up a new box of boots & 2nd boots were shipped in the boot box no shame in your packaging process boots look like someone wore them the way the laces where just thrown about .... TAKE PRIDE IN THE WAY YOUR PRODUCTS GO OUT TO THE CONSUMER

Always enjoy the smell of fresh/new boot leather. Stopped in to get a couple new pair of jeans. The rows of racks are a tad tight, but decent selection of clothing.

My sincerest condolences for the employees that work here. The manager has a screw loose. We go there probably once a month, sometimes more, and we have overheard countless derogatory, pessimistic and nasty conversations. He is snappy and rude to his employees and downright unprofessional to his customers. Example- over the Reno Rodeo week, he told us at checkout that he'd "like to burn the store down, and if you hear that he shot the store up, we'd know it was him." Upon showing our law enforcement i.d. at checkout (for the first responder discount), he laughed and said "well that's nice that I just said all that to a cop". Corporate needs to fix this. They have lovely employees but this guy needs to go.

The staff are nice, but the store doesn't price match Amazon. Found the same Wrangler jeans on Amazon for $30 less per pair.

Laura T. at store 48 in Reno helped me get 8 bolo ties for my up coming wedding. She went above and beyond for me and got all 8 of the bolo ties for me! Super friendly and so excited to help me get the items for my wedding!?
