Kind of reminds me of a prison. you have to be let in and out of the store. the staff walks around following you like a hawk not a good vibe. Slim to none brand names. Rude cashiers. I'm not sure Racks are almost empty

If you like clothing at discounted prices they're great this specific store wasn't to my liking didn't really have my size of 2x but usually you can't really go wrong.

I was at your Virginia store 15 minutes before closing to buy pajamas for my kids since there is something special at their school tomorrow and I was denied entry. Maybe you don't care about that, what you should care about are your bad reviews on Google, not because of your store or your products, but because of your rude and arrogant employees who treat us as if we were going to ask for free things, including the customer service who, after giving my complaints, hangs up on me (0 stars for your employees)

Went to burlington in reno nv next to the Atlantis casino on 10/10/24. The loss and prevent refused to let me and my boyfriend in saying that we were in there two days prior causing a problem. Which we weren't. We came in on 10/09/24 and purchased merchandise which i had the receipt in my purse and proof on my bank account. When I asked for the Camera proof he stated that I was causing the problem NOW. He started it by lying and not allowing us to shop due to my boyfriends appearance. My boyfriend has tattoos on his face and wears baggy clothes. By law you can't profile a person and refuse service when there is no proof of someone previously causing a problem. It's profiling and against the law. It's the 14th amendment. He then told someone on his little radio to call reno pd because we refused to leave and he said they can refuse service to anyone. Which when we went to the burlington in sparks right after this bull crap, there were sparks pd they said they have to have a valid reason. Which these people didn't. They couldn't even provide proof of anything. The loss and prevent guy in reno kept saying I'm not gonna argue and you don't think people profile me, I'm bald and old. I said I didn't profile him. Then he got quiet. My boyfriend ask if he was drunk or high. The old man went quiet again and walked off. A store cashier that was there the night before knew we were there knew we bought stuff. She apologized to us and said he was crazy .
Whoever was watching the cameras in the parking lot had told him not to let us in. He wasn't even facing us before he stated not tonight guys we aren't letting you in. Loss and prevention employees make crappy pay so the have power trips and think they can refuse service to people who look a certain way. I give store #314 south virgina st reno, nv 89512 a 0 star. I feel that both the white male who refused to let us in and the person that was in his ear refusing to come out to talk to me because they both knew they lied. And we're going against the 14th amendment and had no proof of anything. Should be fired. To the people that work at the burlington in sparks nevada and the sparks pd thank you for the validation in the wrong doing of this store.

Dirty, run down, no fitting rooms are actually open, most of the store has been partitioned off. It's been a few years since I've been but it's gone downhill hard and is pretty trashy.

This business locks up their bathrooms and don't let the customers use their toilets. I will not be shopping here ever again.

Burlington offers a wide variety of products at competitive prices, which is great for budget-conscious shoppers. I appreciate the range of items available, from clothing to home goods. However, there are a few areas where they could improve.
One issue is the inconsistency in store experiences. Some locations are well-organized and clean, while others can be quite messy and understaffed. The long lines at the cashier can also be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the quality of some products can be hit or miss, so it’s important to check items carefully before purchasing.
Overall, Burlington is a good option for finding deals, but it would be even better if they could standardize the shopping experience across all their locations
