On August 5th at approximately 0907 hours I called to make an appointment to have my truck worked on. Before me able to schedule an appointment she rejected me because the insurance I have is not on there list. She said that if they found more damage the insurance would have to pay, completely understand there might hidden damages to be assessed. But I was rejected service because my insurance, she made it seem like my insurance wasn’t going to pay for the damage.

This place is great. Very efficiently run with very friendly and competent employees. I had my work done under my insurance company and they worked so well together, I didn't have to worry about a thing.

We had been to the other caliber in town previously and it left us hesitant in taking our car to this location. We are very pleasantly surprised. They went above and beyond. They got the job done in a timely manner, kept communication consistent, and returned our car back cleaned and washed. Highly recommend and impressed
