“I recently purchased a house and needed the upstairs carpet replaced due to pet damage. I went over to carpet one to see what they could do for me. The girls working the showroom were super friendly and informative and were able to send someone over to my house to get measurements and get me a few quotes within the week. They were on time and the pricing was reasonable, but they were super booked and were not able to get someone out to do the replacement for a month and a half (I wish I could give 4.5 stars as this is the only reason I didn't give 5) once it came time to put in the carpet, the carpet layers were very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the work they did and I feel I definitely got my moneys worth! I would definitely recommend using carpet one!”
