They stood by their warranty and came back 2 years after installing to fix an issue with the bullnose on the stairs caused by a design flaw. They improved the strength at their own cost and changed all the stairs, not just the ones with the issue. That’s what I call integrity.”

“I have used Quality Floors for Less four times now over the last three years. They have beautiful durable flooring. The installation one time was not perfect but they came back out and fixed it. The problem was a sticking sound when you walked on it. Since then they got a new installer and he is an artist. Such attention to detail! It could not have been better. The two owners take care to make sure things run smoothly. I highly recommend them for quality, selection and price.”
