Thank you, Carson mattress outlet. Your workers were so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I couldn’t beat, I know I was annoying with all my questions, but I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They never got frustrated with me and they help me get exactly what it is that I want a nice brand new king mattress and a beautiful platform that made my room look amazing, thank you again for the great price and the great product

I did research on what type of mattress I wanted, and Carson Mattress Outlet was the only store that carried the Dream Cloud mattress. I went into the Reno store and Skylar was very helpful answering my questions. I ended up buying the low pro foundation and the Dream Cloud Premier mattress. They wanted to deliver that day, but I made it for the next day. I was very impressed with the service and how fast delivery and set up was. I must also add that the prices were reasonable. I fully recommend this store! Thank you, Carson Mattress Outlet (Reno store).

The best experience shopping for mattresses I’ve ever had. I have three teenagers so I’ve shopped for a lot of mattresses in my day. Amazing selection amazing prices discounts where you didn’t think you would get a discount. Same day delivery service on a Sunday couldn’t ask for anything better thanks again.

This is the best place to buy a mattress hands down! The staff super kind and knowledgeable, they took their time to get to know my needs and they helped me find the perfect mattress! They have great sales throughout the store, the mattress was delivered quickly and they even removed my old one completely free of charge! I’m highly disappointed when I walked into the show room. From the start all looked clean and representative very nice however as I was laying on a mattress to test I saw some bugs. I know maybe this could be something that came from the warehouse and not a negligence or issue with the store but it was very bad to where I didn’t want to purchase any mattress as I noticed another mattress with. Maybe a bad shipment but just be aware when approaching the owner he was very defensive and unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.
