Visited last night at 7:50pm to deposit some cash thru the ATM.The ATM stole one of my notes! I have yet to get this resolved, hoping its not a headache… but you know how that goes

I made an appointment online, to speak to an IRA specialist. I drove a distance there, just to find out, there wasn't one to speak to. No one reached out to me! >:(

This is the only chase I go to in Reno Nevada. The people at this branch are awesome. Especially the business banker Sarah. She is exceptional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I should have done this a month ago but still keeping my promise to Ryan at Chase Bank S. Meadows. I had a joint account with my wife and we hit a separation point. Basically shutting down my ability to Bank. I went to Chase in person demanding answers & Ryan was professional, courteous and treated me like a king. Got me set up with a new checking account & line of credit. I left impressed and pleased with my experience as always with Chase. Ryan not only got me going, he printed out all my contracts & printed me some blank printed checks before leaving. I walked out feeling very satisfied. Then. 2 weeks after opening. Ryan once again called to ask & make sure my needs, wants & expectations had been met. 100% Ryan & thank you for your understanding, professionalism in my time of need. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMEND CHASE BANK. IF IN RENO, GO THE EXTRA MILE & ASK FOR Ryan at this location. Thank you AGAIN Ryan. You Rock !

Apparently they are closing the account of people they don't agree with politically. Go woke go broke. Good job on cancelling General Flynn's account. I'll be closing mine tomorrow.
