Ugh I’m surprised by these reviews. I am literally obsessed with this branch. I’m obsessed with Sonia who is the beautiful teller with long dark hair. They were all out of dumb dumbs, the lollipops, and the flavor I like, and she went all the way in the back to get me the ones I like, they always handle my cashiers checks, even if 5 o’clock hits in they’re technically closed they still let me come in and they still handle business. If I want a big stack of cash if she doesn’t blink her eyes and she just makes that happen. I would love those Chase. I love this bank and I think everyone else just lying. They do charge little fees like $10 to get a rent cashiers check but that’s life. I think people would appreciate these beautiful, hard-working souls and show them a little appreciation. They have to deal with annoying people all day. Show them some respect!
And for Sonya, I think she deserves a raise! That woman is amazing——-Just if your boss is reading this. I’m not even kidding. She’s the reason they keep coming back here to this location anyways.

Today I had a bad experience at this branch. I had a check to deposit. My name was at the top, my husband’s name was stacked underneath. No “&”. My husband and I both have accounts with Chase bank but not joined. The teller we tried to deposit this check with into my account. His name was MOE I believe. Dark hair wears glasses. He was extremely condescending. He stated they don’t take “third party checks”. Like we were some kind of scammers? He stated we would have to open a joint account and deposit it that way. He stated they had no openings today (monday 8/18/25) and that we would have to wait until tomorrow for an appointment to set that up. He was rude and I needed to get this check deposited asap. It’s a check from USAA btw, an extremely reputable Military Bank! We left and went to Bank of America the people who work with USAA and their name is on the said check. The teller at B of A stated that our names are stacked and we can simply both sign it and deposit it into my account. We then went to the third stop for this check, another Chase branch on McCarran Blvd Northwest. The woman teller, simply asked my husband to sign, as well as I. Then she deposited it into my bank and stated the funds would clear next day. That is how secure this check is coming from USAA. If Moe would’ve helped us, it would’ve saved energy, gas and time. We are possibly considering leaving Chase now. To be treated like this was shocking.

Love Chase, but this location is terrible. First of all you can’t use the ATM after hours. Second, there is rarely a place to park. Here is a picture of a day when Chase was having a “managers meeting” - all the managers took the reserved Chase customer spots leaving customers, like me, to park down the street and walk to the bank. Says a lot about their true attitude about customers. “Managers first, customers second” . Teller apologized saying she disagrees with it but she’s not the boss and the managers choose to act that way. Disappointing.

This is the absolute best bank I have ever banked with. The customer service is outstanding! Taj is absolutely amazing, she had always been super friendly and helpful during our interactions. Would recommend this bank 100 out of 10 😁

Absolutely ridiculous that they still have not done anything about their after hours entry, this has been ongoing for years now. How this hasn’t been escalated to a corporate level is beyond me. Moving my business elsewhere, clearly they don’t care about their customers accessibility to their own money.

ATM is not 24hrs. Most folks work till 5 but the bank doesn't care.

It’s silly how this is the closest bank to me but the ATM isn’t accessible after business hours. It has a card scanner so you can access the vestibule atm after hours but the vestibule atm has the same hours as the bank, EVEN THOUGH they have a sign that says 24 HOUR ATM ACCESS.
