This location always has issues with the drivethru atm. Constantly, the atm machine doesn't work.

There is no chase bank at this location. The road dead ends into a golf course that’s locked up with gates - can’t get inside. This is the second Chase ATM I’ve tried using in Reno and so far both of them are a bust. Chase really needs to reevaluate their Google map location strategy for Reno. So far this evening’s been a complete waste of time.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. The drive thru atm was shut down and their front door will not open for you with your card. Do not come here.

I made an appointment to cash my bonds, which I had about 20. When I got there one of the managers said that “we normally do 10 at a time but we’ll make an exception today” but when I made the appointment no one told me this which made me annoyed. The staff member who took care of me was clearly new and the managers did nothing but stand around. They kept telling me it takes a lot time but they were only making it longer by having someone not experience cashing them. I was standing the whole 2 hours I was there and no one offered me water or a chair. Disappointed in the customer service/ management at this branch.

I needed to make a payment before the new 5pm closing time for all Reno Sparks branches on my credit card. I was close to the Rancharrah location. It has plenty of free parking and it's easy to get to. The place is spacious and super clean inside. The teller handled my payment quickly and courteously.It had one other person leaving as I was coming in close to 5 pm on a Monday.

If you want to go to a bank for a banker other than just withdraw or deposit this is not your bank!!! The bankers are not helpful at all. The appointment bankers are always in each others offices just standing around and talking to each other. I have gone in a dozen of times and they are always standing in the offices talking to each other, I think I saw someone helping a customer once. I moved my money elsewhere. We have a lot of choices out there.

The people were extremely kind but the interior felt very much like an impersonal vault. I am beyond grateful that the people were so nice and that I was able to get there!
