This bank is horrible. If you have a significant estate, you absolutely do NOT want this bank to handle your money. They appear to be erecting barrier after barrier in an effort to prevent me from taking my money out of their bank which belongs to me. If you have beneficiaries that you want to easily gain access to your money you’ve left them, Wells Fargo is quick and seamless… while Chase was supposed to release the money after a 10 day review, which has now exceeded 2 months and more than 10 hours going back and forth from the bank and speaking to multiple department heads, including 3 separate members of their “account escalation” team. They are either the most incompetent financial institution in the world, or they have designed their system to use your money for free just as long as they can, or maybe worse, they are financially unable to release the funds. In any event you don’t want to put your money at Chase or any JP Morgan institution.

I never expected to find this service at Chase. Over a decade ago I felt welcomed by caring professionals. Since then its been the worst experience at most chase branches. But these guys are great. They care, they take care of your needs, and for the first time in a long time I found a branch I really feel comfortable working with. Great job, and please don't change!

Terrible bank. Elon Musk says so. I agree. Why don't they want to support renewable energy companies instead of vindictively try to sue them? Boggles the mind.

The branch manager was extremely helpful in executing a last minute wire transfer to help me close a mortgage on time. Hat's off to the team for dropping everything to accommodate.

We came to this bank to get something notarized even though we don't have a checking account with Chase. I can't believe how friendly, helpful and professional the staff are especially Sam. We have several Chase credit card accounts and I mentioned that I needed to call Chase to let them know my husband would be traveling soon. Frankie graciously offered to take care of the travel notification for us while he was also completing our notary. The level of customer service at this bank is top notch. We will be switching our accounts over to Chase ASAP. Keep up the excellent service!

So the branch on Wedge deserves a 1, but only when it's open and operating at it's peak. Otherwise, it's a zero. If you came from California and have a Chase account that you probably didn't open at Chase and was bought up from another bank - RUN AWAY from CHASE. They aren't helpful here. Their hours aren't good, they aren't on every corner like in CA, and they don't have ATMs deployed except at branches. Wrong bank for Nevada.

Chase Bank Manager Michael does not have the patience to deal with customers and only wants to push them to an 800 number with Chase before I can even ask a questions and this is supposed to be our bank?
When I ask if I can ask my question first about a vehicle loan, he stated I needed to drive in from Sparks to his location to ask questions. His demeanor and tone was extremely rude and abrupt. I think we will be changing banks.
