Terrible bank. Elon Musk says so. I agree. Why don't they want to support renewable energy companies instead of vindictively try to sue them? Boggles the mind.

The branch manager was extremely helpful in executing a last minute wire transfer to help me close a mortgage on time. Hat's off to the team for dropping everything to accommodate.

We came to this bank to get something notarized even though we don't have a checking account with Chase. I can't believe how friendly, helpful and professional the staff are especially Sam. We have several Chase credit card accounts and I mentioned that I needed to call Chase to let them know my husband would be traveling soon. Frankie graciously offered to take care of the travel notification for us while he was also completing our notary. The level of customer service at this bank is top notch. We will be switching our accounts over to Chase ASAP. Keep up the excellent service!

So the branch on Wedge deserves a 1, but only when it's open and operating at it's peak. Otherwise, it's a zero. If you came from California and have a Chase account that you probably didn't open at Chase and was bought up from another bank - RUN AWAY from CHASE. They aren't helpful here. Their hours aren't good, they aren't on every corner like in CA, and they don't have ATMs deployed except at branches. Wrong bank for Nevada.

The staff here at this bank is exceptionally good. They really know their stuff. Joe at the JP Morgan side of things is always coming up with really good investment ideas. I don't want a bank anywhere else anymore. I'm sticking with these guys.

Chase Bank relationship banking is clearly the industry's best for business and personal banking. They are honest, transparent, and develop banking policies that are a client/bank win/win. The Galena branch was the first to open in Reno and the extraordinary staff have set a high watermark for the new area branches to follow. My relationship with Chase began in New York 38 years ago and I continue to look forward to the 2019/2020 branch openings in Northern Nevada and the Reno/Tahoe region.

Want to talk about horrible management. This bank has zero respect for its customers. I get told over the phone to come into the branch for an issue I'm having and then the branch manager tells me to come back after a few hours because she's being a teller at the moment. Mind you I just drove 30 miles to get the issue resolved. It's ok, I just used up my lunch break because obviously no one knows how to staff a bank at this branch. Also, Chases 24 hour phone line is full of rude, dense people that can't do anything. I regret the day I decided to sign up with you guys! Nothing but trouble since day one! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

Chase Bank Manager Michael does not have the patience to deal with customers and only wants to push them to an 800 number with Chase before I can even ask a questions and this is supposed to be our bank?

As a former officer and licensed banker for Chase in California, I can say this branch is what the culture of Chase is all about. They hold to the level of professionalism that Chase wants for all it's customers. I drive the extra distance from my home to the welcoming atmosphere of this branch and private client banker Frankie. And the cookies are awesome!

I've been here a few times in the last few weeks for various more complicated transactions and I was always greeted immediately and helped as quickly as possible. Each banker there was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered satisfactorily. I'm very happy I found this branch and I highly recommend it.
