About Chewy Fulfillment Center RNO1
Chewy Fulfillment Center RNO1 is a warehouse for freight drivers delivering merchandise. The work is described as hard and honest. Experiences with the staff vary; some find them great, pleasant, and communicative, making drivers feel safe. Others report occasionally poor service from those receiving documents. The facility has inside parking for disconnected trailers and clean restrooms. Unloading can take around one and a half to two hours. The appointment and check-in process is noted as efficient. Some drivers suggest removing a shack to make the entrance wider for trucks. The company also shows goodwill by instructing customers to donate mistaken deliveries to animal shelters.

Always overcrowded. Can often take 30 minutes to an hour standing in line for a drop and hook.
