Heidi Hammond at this Allstate office is without a doubt the best insurance agent I have ever had. And I'm an 81 year old native New Yorker who's been doing business for almost 60 years. She actually works with you to solve your problem rather than just shuffle the papers and send the garbage back to you with some boilerplate cover nonsense. She's smart, responsive and knowledgeable. She can't fix everything but if you're in the market for a new agent, give her a shot.

Wes is absolutely AMAZING! I recently moved to Nevada, and my previous Allstate agent was not able to help me with my policies. Wes was very knowledgeable, polite, and reworked our policies to be more affordable. He didn't rush the process and made sure everything was 100% taken care of before ending the phone call.
If you need ANYTHING done with your Allstate policies, Wes is the person you need to talk to.

After. Over 20 years of being a loyal customer we are getting horrible customer service and basically being kicked to the curb. One of their employees told us to call another ins company. They are canceling our home owners insurance. They have been stringing us along for a couple of months. I thought Allstate was a good company. Guess I was wrong.
