“Love this place I have shopped here ever since I was a child to teenager to now my adult life I guess some things just never change. Very helpful employees that will take the time to help you look for what you are looking for. I had a very nice employee that let me use the bathroom located in the back of the store so I could try on some pants that I wanted to buy at the time because the fitting room was being used at the time. Like the music being played at all times even the women working here are also nice and pleasant to talk to. Back in the day this was the place to buy cds and still is. Clean store that smells great never dirty and always organized.”

“Needing some UNR clothing for an upcoming football game and realizing I don't own any despite having earned multiple degrees from UNR, I stopped by Silver and Blue knowing I'd be able to find something for myself and my husband. The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!”
“I approached the door way and the worker , a very Handsome man was on his break, he immediately stopped his break and performed excellent customer service, I asked him if they had wigs, and I dint feel embearresd at all all they had was 2 choices I picked the red Bobb and I wish I new the gentleman's name but he rides a Harley. I might go back in a half hour dressed hopefully he is still there. I want to buy some sexy stockings and ask him if I can put them on and shop a little more. “Cute little plant store, beautiful plants and great service. If you have a problem with a plant, they are going to lean towards helping you fix the problem. I have had a few issues with plants from here as anywhere, I would not say it's this store's fault as the plants are immaculate when we buy them but some just don't work out. Don't expect refunds or exchanges here, I don't think that is part of their policy. China has been really nice to us and has always been available to help with any questions or problems. If you have a plant issue, I suggest taking it here and asking what can be done. They will help you and even babysit your plants when you are on vacation, if you drop them off....”
“I like coming to this location as its clean and the people are friendly! I was there this past Monday afternoon. The check out gal was Monica when i came back as we forgot the bath soap that was paid for she was prompt and friendly and able to multitask. What was really refreshing was when trying on dresses and i was embarrassed a little to show my male friend as he wanted to see what they looked like & Trina was the gal working the dressing room area. She gave me a compliment that truly felt genuine and boosted my confidence and I enjoyed being in that sundress with no hesitation!! He ended up buying me 3 dresses!! Thank you Trina you made my day !!!”
“I had so much fun in Old Navy today!! They had some cute stuff and great sandals/business casual shoes for the summer... ON SALE!! Below $10 type sale! That is my kind of shopping. Went there Sat 6/8/24 and the entire store was wiped out, no power, cage down, with signs that said “sorry for the inconvenience; this location is no longer available” I should have snapped a pic (pregnancy brain at its finest)
Anyways - didn’t wanna ruin the ratings cause the store and staff was typically always really good to us but wanted to warn anyone who’s about to cross town to shop there like we did … it’s gone and seemingly for good…”
“You get what you pay for. It may be a cliche but it is true with Patagonia gear. I have bought a fair share of items over the years and the products have always been top notch. I bought a couple pairs of fleece sweat pants many years ago (could be several decades) and although they have seen their better days the only thing really wrong with them was the drawstring had broken and I had lost the end. I was advised by many to toss them but they are still wearable as loungers or work-around-the house pants. I went on the Patagonia website and they offered a repair service. (Full disclosure: I was embarrassed that I was unable to fix them myself but I did try.) I set up an account, paid a nominal fee that covered the postage and I sent them off. About a month later I got them back fixed and I could not be more happy. The drawstrings were now better than before and they even fixed a missing pull on the back zipper. Patagonia gear is not cheap in price but is just superior quality to the others. Thank you Patagonia!!!! Thank you Patagonia repair employees!!!!!!!!They even sent me a thank you card!!! I have posted a pic of said card!”

“Most buckle locations I've been too the associates are extremely friendly and helpful but this location in particular goes the extra mile. I live in a very rural town between reno and Utah so I shop those areas frequently and vegas here and there. However most of my shopping is done online. My primary place to shop for clothes and shoes is buckle and I spend a ton of money. I usually have a return/exchange 2xs per year as my closest location is 5 hours away either direction and returning/exchanging always gives me anxiety and this staff makes me feel so welcome and they are so kind and helpful. Thank you to this location for still believing in excellent customer service. You can see the manager working hard side by side with her team and really enforcing values. I will always by from this location. Great job to this team!!”

“By the time I got here, I was exhausted. I only came to the mall today to pick up a pair of "disposable" flip flops from Old Navy, see other Yelp Review. But ended up hanging out and walking the entire mall for THREE hours while my wife shopped. Quality/Quantity - Good quality stuff (for my wife). She ended up buying some jewelry. Sorry, I did not take any pictures. Atmosphere - Nice small local boutique. Again, I was too tired to take pictures. My wife enjoyed shopping here, so I am sure we will be back. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am or 11am to 5pm or 6pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - 6 stars. I can see why you have 37 five star reviews! Everyone working here is so friendly. Greeted as we entered, offered drinks, which I did not expect. What a way to end my 3 hour shopping spree with a beer and a very comfortable armchair. AND free wifi from next door, lol; so I can post my Yelp pictures! Price - $50. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2005 from Salon owner to boutique owners.”

The store is located just across Virginia from the UNR Campus. *this location doesn't offer a restroom for customers. Silver and Blue Outfitters has a second location in Reno @ Meadowwood Mall.”
“I love this store! They have such an amazing selection and the staff is especially helpful every time I’m here. Athena is one of the MOST HELPFUL employees here. While this amazing woman was helping us, some other insanely angry disgruntled man came in hot and was making ridiculous demands. We overheard Athena being incredibly patient and respectful all the while this guy was being so incredibly rude to her and stormed out. I just wanted to give Athena a shout out that she handled it 1000x better than I would have. Amazing staff keep it up!”

“We’ve been all over the city looking for my daughter’s homecoming dress. Seriously EVERYWHERE had nothing she liked. Today marks day 6 we were looking. I remembered this boutique from the rodeo, so we came by.
Malarie was a GOD SEND!! So patient, kind, and immediately wanted to help. She got everything she could in the color my daughter wanted. She brought stuff in and out no questions asked. She was extremely sweet and the most help we’ve received the last few days in our search. We finally found the dress! We absolutely couldn’t have done it without Malarie!
Not only did we find her dream dress, but it was extremely affordable! 40 bucks for hoco dress!? Yes give me 3!
Between the dress, price, and service you won’t go wrong with this little boutique! We will be back to take advantage of all the great sales”
