Is this where all the beauty school dropout’s work? I’ve been a barber longer than some of these employees have been alive, and forgotten more than these girls know. Unfortunately, I don’t think Shannon ever succeeded in this industry, as she works as a cashier at CosmoProf. The other reviews on this store show that these ladies could use a real attitude adjustment. But sometimes you gotta get what you gotta get at the beauty supply!

Interaction started out as a simple return. Returning two large Kenra color maintenance shampoo and conditioners. Straightforward, nothing fancy. I did not have the receipt nor did I think I would need one since you have to be a professional to shop at the store, thus using your pro card for every transaction, everything is stored in the system. This checker girl proceeded to tell me that she was not able to give me a refund and only store credit or a gift card. And asked me if I would like to do an exchange instead. I told her no I would like to go to salon centric for a different line. Then she told me again that she would only be able to offer me store credit. I told her to look me up as the receipt was in the system. At this time, her coworker, who claims that she runs the store named Shannon came in in a loud tone and a bobble head telling me that I could have one of those two options. I asked her who her manager was. She said she was the manager and I asked her who the owner was and she continued to roll her head around and say honey this is corporate we don’t have owners. At this time I started recording as she was behaving growingly immature. I will attach the audio. Long story short, after talking to me like I was stupid for five minutes they ended up finding my receipt and issuing me a full refund. Ridiculous.

Just a ghetto place. The owner Shannon looks like she’s had a few decades in the meth game. Very childish. And apparently she runs the store. Unfortunately her nasty attitude rubs off on her employees because they are all white trashy. Well Elaine and Noel are.

I understand there is still a shortage of workers everywhere. So I'm not upset about a sign on the door informing that due to staff shortage that the store is closed for lunch. What's unfortunate and frustrating is that their lunch time frame is not listed or available. Tried calling and had zero luck to get an answer to plan on my end. Word of advise, add your lunch hr on your sheet so people do not have to waste their time stopping by the store and you not getting interrupted during your lunch time with a phone-call for information that should already be provided.

They have been unable to stock this store with just about anything I don't know what the hairdressers do in Reno thank God it's not like that at the Folsom store.
