The prices are definitely great - it's the main reason to shop here. However, it's almost always busy with not enough parking and not enough check out lanes open. The worst about Costco though is the fact they constantly move items around. It is simply annoying to be walking around the entire warehouse because they decide to move an item, or an entire category of items, to another section.

This cosco is ok because it's close to my house, but otherwise the parking lot has horrible parking and there are a ton of people coming in and out not paying attention to where they are going or doing! It's a nice store and has plenty of variety of stuff from kids to adults. I love it here just a lot going on when you get off and need to go shopping. Cheryl is also a great employee but she works at the one in Spanish springs.

This place is alright. I like the one out in spanish springs. You don't have ppl out in the parking lot asking you to buy them groceries in spanish springs. This reno location has different items. It's not bad, just different. It gets crazy packed with customers. Make sure you have the time to shop here. Usually stocked, looks clean, employees are actually helpful. Not too bad.

I just had to run in for toilet paper. It was crowded as always, lots of people out shopping. I was able to get in and out in under 20 minutes though so that's a win.

This Costco is the most disorganized and unreliably stocked Costco I have ever shopped in. Why is the shampoo in a different isle every time I shop here? Why are basic packaged foods like fruit snacks and coffee beans frequently out of stock?

First time customer. Item wouldn't scan so the cashier had to come use her gun to ring me up. When I go to leave I'm pushed back into the store because they thought I was speaking rice Krispy treats! Had to stand there for 10 minutes on a busy Sunday waiting for them to charge me for the item. The receipt checker said it happens all the time?! Get it together!

I love Costco and this location always has a better selection than others I've visited, but it gets so ridiculously crowded that it makes it really hard to enjoy shopping here anymore. Please build a new location in town somewhere!!!

I realize it was Sunday afternoon, but the lines were backed up halfway through the store to get out! On top of that, it was 70° outside, and the heaters were on inside. Especially in the produce, it was extremely warm where all the produce is most likely to spoil. Go figure.

Pre ordered pizzas to be ready at 715 and they weren’t ready till 745. Don’t offer a service if you can’t meet the promised completion time. Also we had to call multiple times to even get through.

The store itself is pretty decent for what it is. Good selections of food and items. The biggest complaint I have is getting in the parking lot and getting out. The mall is relatively small, and it isn't equipped with adequate parking and getting out of the mall seems always the biggest challenge.

Worst one I’ve ever been in. Crazy long lines and nowhere to park in the small plaza parking lot. I’d hate to be a business sharing that parking lot! The whole set up inside is way ridiculous because the warehouse is way too small. You can’t even see items in some isles since people are using the first few to stand and wait in line for the registers. Stay away!
