Gorgeous property with amenities such as restaurant and bar on site, 24x7 market, on-site laundry room, comfortable and spacious rooms with wifi and smart TV! Minutes away from I-580/Hwy 395 and roughly around an hour and a half from Lake Tahoe. Looking for an awesome stay? Give the Courtyard by Marriot Reno a try.

The only good thing about this hotel is the gym. Except don't expect a hot shower afterwards because that didn't seem to be working and there's no maintenance staff to fix it.

WARNING: THE GM IS FRIGHTENINGLY BIPOLAR!We stayed at this hotel two nights. The fire alarm went off at 4 am. Everybody was out of the room. The manager that was staying on site deactivated the alarm and told everybody that it was a false alarm that they will send an email and issue a refund for our inconvenience.
My husband called yesterday, and talked to him and he said that the lady that issue the refunds was not there and to wait 24hrs to receive the refund enail.
Once my husband called back after 24hrs the manager hung yelled we sont give refunds! And hung up the phone! After repeated calls back to figure out why he was hung up on, the manager hung up 7 more times!!

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Reno for a business trip and found it to be an excellent option. This is one of the newer Courtyard properties, and it definitely benefits from the updated room configurations and modern decor, which I appreciated.
Overall, this hotel is well-suited for business travel. I had the pleasure of staying in one of the larger suites, complete with a private balcony. This was a real highlight, as the weather was perfect, allowing me to keep the windows open and enjoy the fresh air throughout the day.
The staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. The lobby is another strong point – it's well-designed and comfortable, making it ideal for both informal business meetings and a bit of relaxation. My only minor wish was for the lounge to have extended hours, both earlier and later, though I understand the operational realities behind such decisions.
Given my positive experience, I would absolutely consider staying at this Marriott Courtyard again on future business trips to Reno.

Great location near amenities and good eats. Clean rooms and no smoking. Gym is fantastic for a hotel. Some of the cleaners were speaking loudly to each other in the early morning outside our room and woke us up.

What a great venue for our team building retreat! Two days in a super comfortable conference room, great meeting space with large lobby for small group work and access to the patio! Rooms comfortable and clean. Coffee and bar available on the Kinney; very convenient. Great location near many restaurants. Dani took great care of us for our food and beverage, and the front desk team took care of our every need. Thanks all!

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. The bathroom smelled like sewer - they remedied it following day. The king bed was very uncomfortable. The pull-out bed was old and awful - we had to disassemble it and sleep on the ground. We paid a lot of money for this room and I am a Marriott rewards member - we probably would have been better off in a motel 6. It was probably the worst Marriott experience I have had.

Clean room, but the pullout bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the king bed was too firm and made an odd squeaking noise when getting out of the bed. The lights in the room have been fitted with bright white LEDs, so that you feel as if you are in a hospital operating room. The refrigerator made a weird clicking noise, and the thermostat didn't really work on the ac/heater unit.
