I will never go there. They have a time to open in Google is 9am. I waited till 9.30am there but they were closed. Then I left a voicemail on their phone. I took my break from work and wasted time there to wait for them. Then I called them at 10.15am again and they keep disconnecting my calls instead of saying sorry. They are so unprofessional .

I have been a client of Creative Nails for several years now and I have never known a nail technician as skilled as Lisa is. She is a one woman shop so she stays pretty busy and yet I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appt. I used to go there just for pedicures and now I go for manicures & polish as well. She utilizes her time wisely and she is fast because she knows her craft so well. She is very meticulous and always does a beautiful job. She offers a wide range of services and her prices are very fair. It's always so nice to go there since it's just you and her and you're not having to absorb a cacophony of other people's conversations. Go there! You won't be disappointed. Even my husband has enjoyed her pedicures!

I've been coming to Lisa for 6 years now and I will not go to any other nail salon. She does my gel nails and it lasts for a long time and does not lift. Shes amazing and professional. She can also do what you show her from Pinterest. I love how she shapes my nails and she's very flexible with her time. I highly recommend her.

Lisa is the best! I've been going here for years and love my nails every time. She is always willing to fix something or change something to my liking and never rushes through her appointment. She's also very affordable for beautiful nails!! 10/10 recommend

I've been coming to Lisa for 4 years maybe longer now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. She always does such a good job on my nails. Her salon is always so clean, and comfortable I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Lisa is wonderful. Very fast and accurate. It’s amazing to watch her work. This is not your average nail salon. You must have an appointment but her attention to detail is worth becoming a regular.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Creative Nails is!! First, the shop is lovely and so clean. Lisa gives a perfect pedicure!! Every step is so professional and soothing. My pedicures last for a month or more, but I make a monthly appointment that I really look forward to. And the price is the least expensive of other nail salons in Reno, for a much higher quality experience. I highly recommend Lisa and Creative Nails!!

Lisa is my absolute favorite!! I'm so glad she now owns this nail salon! It's so nice that its not super busy and it's nice and quiet. Our only go to place to get our mani/pedi done!

One night, after a great meal at Jasmine Asian Bistro I looked over and saw Creative Nails. I thought to myself...how awesome would that be! A solid restaurant next to a pedicure joint. Talk about three birds with one stone. So last Saturday I called up Creative Nails and made an appointment for my pretty little Missy and I. Yes, I totally get pedicures with my fine a** wifey. We rolled in for the 430 appointment and were greeted by Lisa and Tin. It was awesome that no other patrons were inside. As you enter Creative nails you will immediately notice the extremely high ceiling and beautiful crown molding. This is not your average strip mall nail joint. The inside of Creative Nails is on a whole other level compared to most poorly decorated nail places. Tin and Lisa went to work and I was in pedicure heaven. The Aqua Spa chairs they have are like something I've never experienced. Not only did they go extremely far back for me they also had a booty massage! My feet are brand new again, can't wait to go back for the awesome 30$ pedicure. Thank you Tin and Lisa.

Service was ok. Didn't greet me or asked me what I needed to get done at first sight. She was attuned to her one customer. I did get my nails done. I like the turn out of it but I didn't like how she filed my nails when she already had put the top coat on.
